Beautiful single-family house "Eugen". In the hamlet Camlići 5 km from the centre of Barban, in a quiet, sunny position, 14 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 3'500 m2 with lawn, orchard, swimming pool angular, heated (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 15.Oct.) with internal staircase. WC in the pool area, paddling pool, outdoor shower, terrace (18 m2), garden furniture. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 5 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 5 km, bus stop 5.3 km, pebble beach 14 km. Riding stable 12.5 km, walking paths from the house 50 m, cycle lane 100 m. Nearby attractions: adventure park 11.5 km. Swimming pool heated (extra). It is necessary to announce 7 days in advance if the pool heating is required. Organizing a party is not allowed. Top house with great facilities. Everything very well maintained and very clean. The salt water pool is a dream. Everything you need is there. Very nice landlord. Unfortunately the weather wasn't that great.

Both the house and the owners are top notch! The central location in the middle of Istria allows to visit the entire peninsula in trips that are max 1h drive. The house is fully and perfectly furnished, and immaculate. The owners are very helpful.

The house is very lovingly furnished. We were particularly pleasantly surprised that there was a washing machine and the pool was not filled with chlorine but with salt water. This was especially good for our child, who was plagued by neurodermatitis. Lan
