Leonidas Hotel & Studios

Pleasantly surprised when we arrived at this hotel it was spotlessly clean, the room had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. We knew the location was off the beaten track when we booked its about a 15 - 20 minute into Kos town, the lane where the hotel is situated has a fair amount of waste land and there is a derelict hotel next door, the hotel has a lovely pool with sun loungers and the gardens are kept nice. Breakfast was nicely presented, the breakfast room looked fresh and clean. Beds where comfy we had a fridge and kettle and a nice balcony with a pool view. Staff very friendly and helpful, they have safety deposit boxes in reception for 2 euros a day. Would stay here again.

This was my 2nd stay at Leonidas Hotel & Studio. I came last year with my daughter and enjoyed it so much I had to book again, this time as a solo traveller. Brilliant location, giving you the opportunity to have a quiet relaxing holiday or if you prefer a livelier atmosphere Kos town is a short walk giving you plenty of shops and bars. The hotel and surroundings are beautiful and the family who run it are so helpful and friendly. The rooms are cleaned and checked daily with fresh towels and bedding when needed. This hotel gives you all you need for your holiday. Would definitely recommend and will be returning as soon as I can.

Great lovely small hotel, staff friendly, pool area superb, breakfast continental style, rooms where spacious with plenty of storage, kettle, fridge, hairdryer and free air con (which was needed) beds nice and comfortable, cleaners came in everyday

Basic but fully functional looking in need of touch ups here and then . Clean and quiet in day as described but be aware which doesn’t come up in other reviews that the sport court next to hotel holds events on with loud music and shouting and playing football till gone midnight which I don’t think is fair . Paid money for a hotel but few nights out of my week I cudnt get to sleep . Tried to ring reception few times no answer I would hate to have an emergency if this is in manned . The rest are f holiday was fine altho breakfast was the same things every day , cardboard cereals , bread , a ham slice or cheese slice , egg, apple yoghurt and sliced peaches , cucumber and tomato. Water , coffe urn kettle with tea bags and thin orange drink . If you’re walking alone the lane is rather dark but you can see the main road .

Great little hotel, ideally located just a short walk to beach bars or a little further into Kos town. Leon and the team will look after you well. The place kept spotless and breakfast is good. Nice place to relax by the pool as well, there are plenty of sun beds. We had a great stay. Thanks to Leon, Sofia, Olga, Jana, Manos and the rest of the team

Very simple, but all clean. Friendly staff. Good location. We did not have breakfast but it looked nice. Love the many cats at the hotel. Very helpful staff with transport. One chair was broken but was replaced immediately.
