Marianna Hotel

One of the best experiences.....we had a great time...:Tasting the best cocktails from Vasilis...This guy has a great vibe and he's making the best cappuccino martini 😍I highly recommend !!!!!! And don't forget about amaretto sour!!!!

Booked a 2 week holiday through Jet2 after being recommended by a travel agent. Plane was delayed leaving and arriving so we arrived well after midnight only to be told they did not have a room for us. A taxi came to take us to another hotel to spend the night and were told to go back the following morning. A room was made available but how disappointing it was. Old, very tired furniture, chipped and old crockery and a bathroom desperately in need of refurbishment. The shower did not work correctly and had to be held by hand to wash your hair. It took the management 8 days to have this repaired after been given flippant reasons why it was not functional. All guests are issued with 1 toilet roll only for 2 weeks! Towels were only changed after 5 days and the soaking bath mat was never changed in 2 weeks. This was hung outside to dry ever day. The small TV has only Greek speaking programmes and we had to ask for the remote to have a battery change before we found this out ......4 days later! Sunbeds around the pool are well passed their best and extremely uncomfortable. There is a lot of noise from the bar that stays open past 2am most nights. There is no named holiday rep attached to this hotel. There are far better places in Tingaki to stay.

Just returned from our second stay at the Marianna this year. As always, everything was spot on. Vasilis, Maria, Stella and Maria work very hard to ensure everyone has a lovely holiday. All the staff are friendly and helpful and can't do enough for you. A big thank you to you all.

Fantastic hotel and the best place to stay in Tigaki we had 2 weeks there in September, fantastic friendly owners Maria & Vasilis. And Vasilis is such a funny and friendly man who runs the cocktail bar at the front, in fact the owner’s and indeed all the staff, cleaners included are all so warm and welcoming, we will always return to the Marianna every year while we’re able to also not forgetting Stella and Maria who run the pool snack bar extremely helpful and always happy..will always recommend the Marianna and thank you for a lovely 2 weeks holiday from Dave and Carol xx

We travelled as a family of 3 we were given a studio room 205 which was a few steps either way to the pool the snack bar or the evening bar. Next to our room was a room where you could leave luggage on your last day, people also left sun creams and toiletries that you could help yourself to. There is also shelves of books which you can borrow and donate books to. The pool was heavenly and there were plenty of sunbeds, there was a corner where people left their inflatables and pool toys, so check their first before you buy any! The snack bar was lovely and open all day, I can really recommend the Greek pizza and the homemade lemonade, they use their own produce including lemons and olive oil from their gardens. The rooms were spotless, we only got one pillow but a quick trip to reception and we got another so do ask if you need one. We paid for AC which was a must in August. You do only get 1 roll of toilet paper, but they do advertise this so just whack a few in your luggage or there is a really big supermarket 2 mins down the road. We were able to get a late check out room for a small fee which was a god send on the last day. The bar on an evening is amazing and Vasilis makes you feel so welcome! The cocktails are AMAZING and they made such a lovely effort for my son’s 10th birthday! All in all we will go back without hesitation!

Awesome holidays with amazing memories.... Nice drinks with fresh ingredients made by Vasilis at the Tirbouson bar of the hotel....Vasilis always has a smile on his face and with his great humour makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed.... we loved the experience
