Exceptional experience at the Panorama Kiprianos Hotel in Kos, thanks to the outstanding professionalism of George, the manager! His dedication to ensuring our stay was nothing short of impressive. From warm welcomes to attentive service, George went above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable. Highly recommend this hotel, especially with George at the helm! Many thanks to the restaurant manager Matrias who listened to all my requests and acknowledged them to make as comfortably as possible as well I was extremely impressed with the spa team all the ladys work there are real professionals .Olga look after me with her magic hands she is 💯% . Thank a million .

This is our 2nd trip to Panorama having stayed a year ago and loved it. Came for 11 days this time. The entrance to the hotel is stunning & impressive. The tourism tax room rate has gone up 50% from last year as we had previously paid 10€ per night but shocked to hear it’s now 15€ and we didn’t know this in advance. Impressed with our room with a sea view which overlooked the pool. Rooms are clean and maids in daily. Noticed some cut backs this year to some services. The entertainment team were not as good as last year so we didn’t really get involved as no water polo or volley ball. Evening entertainment was fair but it could be better and disco night was a lazy approach as no disco music played and staff just sat speaking to guests, they played maybe 2 disco songs so all guests were asking how it was even a disco night. We ended up going up earlier most nights as it wasn’t as good or engaging as last year, preferred last years entertainment team. Greek night is good however. Bar staff are fab esp Zaneta she is so friendly and does an excellent job as is Joy. Loved the soulaki bar his food is amazing and what a lovely guy who works hard and passionate about serving good Greek food. The food has so much choice and very tasty I loved it so I can’t fault it plus the ambiance in the dining hall is lovely. Drinks are tasty in AI. Went up to rooftop bar and the drinks are chargeable so we thought we would try a cocktail or 2. Omg they are vile tasted like diesel. Someone needs a cocktail making class there as expected a quality drink. Went to a fish bar on the front about 10 mins walk C food & Mood and had the best cocktails there best I’ve tasted. Hired the 4 poster beds again but no bowl of fruit or water given this year which was a shame. Noticed the smell in the pool toilets isn’t any better slightly worst this year as didn’t bother me too much last year but even thought they are cleaned there appears to be an adour from the piping from the plant room. The jacuzzi broke after couple of days and never fixed. Also noticed a green algae around the jacuzzi wall and along the side of the pool which would stain our swimwear when sitting at edge. This wasn’t cleaned during our stay and could have easily have been rectified with a sponge and soap as it would have filtered through. Disappointing considering the inflated 5 star rating. 5 star equals luxury and the hotel appears to have gone downhill in attention to detail. Hotel have there own beach but it’s tired and beds needs a jet wash and walkway is falling apart. So this is more like 2 star. The hotel has potential and could be 5 star but to give it 5 star currently is very ambiguous, maybe 4 at most. Shower head is situated in the middle of the wall so strange as have to angle it to prevent soaking the floor. Shower room used for checkout has a curtain and no light in actual shower so slip hazard when walking out as the water trails down the curtain and a pool of water gathers on fl
