Olympia Hotel

I Found out most of the positive reviews are fake, from people they know or themselves making face account. I’ve been at alot of hotels. Both 2, 3 and 5 starts hotel. This was the worst. With out overexagerating. We changed 3-4 different room cause none of the showers worked. I’ve been heard about this problem, but chose to give Them a chance anyways. Never should’ve. He should’ve fix the room showers in every room, but havnt. That’s proabably Why we were the only ones at the hotels. Maybe it was a bit out of season, but we still Saw alot of turist. This is not an excuse. Cold rooms, even guided by the lobby man to put it on 24 degrees. Still cold. Cleaning staff, have attitude. No smile. Came in my room without knocking in two days. And almost yelled “cleaning?!” They dont offer coffe from the machine after 10am, or Else u should pay. A service that should be there at least to 3pm. Everythign is money for the owner trust me. I talked with him he dont have kind eyes. Doesnt even say sorry for the showers but give attitude for me talking about it being a problem. Let me not talk about the owner attitude, him not smiling, not understanding when im telling the shower is not working well. He took it as a attack instead of fixing the problem. I dont know who reviewed this hotel and gave it 2 stars, but that’s a Big scam. It should be no stars, and accepted as a hostel. Even in hostels the shower works and they have better attitude. Only the lobby man was kind. I Will say that cause im fair. The owner is really really the worst man I’ve met. And locas people told me this them selves. Dont want to Judge, but trust me. It’s not worth 1 euro. Also me and my friend was the only ones at the hotel. U Think’ im lying but im not. We caught them in a Lie ourselves two times. Dont waste 1 euro here. This hotel should be shut Down, or not accepted as a two star hotel. I feel scammed for my money. U should take this review seriously. I would never Lie about these things.

Couple. L'Olympia est un bel hôtel calme et très propre, tout le personnel qui y travaille est très sympathique et prêt à vous servir pour tout ce dont vous avez besoin. La chambre dans laquelle nous avons séjourné était très belle et propre en permanence, je voudrais féliciter les deux employés de ménage. services. Au buffet du petit-déjeuner, nous avions de nombreuses options et tout ce que nous avons essayé était excellent. Mme Marianna s'est occupée de tout. Je ne parlerai pas des imperfections des chambres car je pense que le propriétaire de l'hôtel y travaille. Août 2024 / Voyageurs de Belgique.

Excelente hotel, no centro da cidade. Muito limpo e arrumado. Os nosso quartos eram muito confortáveis Os funcionários super simpáticos e atenciosos. Houve uma falha de comunicação com o nosso transfer e a funcionária da recepção apesar de estar atarefada a preparar o pequeno almoço, prontamente nos ajudou a arranjar uma alternativa para chegar ao aeroporto. Voltarei por mais tempo, com toda a certeza. Este é sem dúvida um óptimo hotel!!
