Sun Palace Hotel Resort & Spa

Stayed here for 2 nights. I was late arriving the first night and I messaged ahead and they left a meal for me in my room which it thought was a very nice touch. The rooms are nice and clean. Pool area is lovely. But the standout point for me was the food. As an all inclusive it can be hit or miss but the food and wine was amazing. All the staff were nice and friendly and generally a great atmosphere in the hotel. A lot of french tourists there and the entertainment was catered towards french speaking people, a bit tacky but good fun all the same. When leaving the reception were very helpful with taxis. It's a great place would definitely recommend and very good value for money.

- I rate the location of the hotel very highly. great access to kos, and at the same time peace and quiet around - specific food, generally good, but often due to the small selection of dishes it was hard to find something for yourself. Great selection of cakes. Drinks from vending machines are not drinkable - service generally tried, but you could feel the problems in communication in English - the object is quite nice from the outside, but the furniture and bathrooms should be replaced. - Cleanliness leaves much to be desired, due to the wear of the equipment - the water in the pool is cold, the garden is very nice At the end, I leave the biggest plus, and at the same time minus of this hotel - animations. If the hotel decides to accept guests not only from France, taking care of international animations is a tax. I am not surprised by the positive opinions of guests from France because the Lookea team took great care of them. However, if these attractions are only for TUI France guests, the activities should not take place in generally accessible hotel spaces. To sum up - a hotel with possibilities requiring replacement of equipment and a change of approach to a customer from outside France.

Séjour très agréable d'une semaine en famille. Le complexe est à taille humaine, bien situé. Chambre spacieuse, très propre, bien insonorisée. Le personnel à la réception toujours à l'écoute et disponible (clin d'oeil à Dina). Le personnel de restauration très souriant, en particulier Cécilia qui s'efforce de parler français et qui garde toujours le sourire. L'équipe d'animation passionnée, pas insistants auprès des vacanciers pour faire des activités. Continuez à garder la patate. Pleins d'excursions exceptionnelles à faire et notamment l'île de Nisyros. Je retournerai sans hésiter dans cet hôtel.
