Origin Hotel & Apartments

Great service, very friendly and accommodating staff. Helped us out at very short notice after having to reschedule plans due to poor service from another hotel along the road. Upbeat friendly atmosphere and very helpful. Clean, bright rooms.

Second time here but NEVER will be back. Be careful people THEY ARE STEALING money!!They stole €170 from me. Shame on you. Going to greece every year but this has never happened. DO NOT go to this place!! Also aircon is 50€ not included in price!

Never been treated so well here. All make you feel so welcome. Dimitri, Lucy, Danielle, the chef and Marcus are all amazing. Defo be one we will go to again. Thanks so much all. This is located in a fantastic place near most places lively. Karaoke every evening and doors close at 12pm, to save all sleepers from noise.

Just back from a short break at these apartments. Room was fantastic, staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Pool area is lovely. Couldn't fault anything. Even the 24 hour bar when doors closed we couldn't hear anything. Resort is on doorstep so you don't have to walk far, beach 2 mins away. The people in Kardamena are so friendly and helpful, even after tough wk with fires.

Spent a week here with my husband. Pros: central to everything, beach and bars just a stroll away. Staff are friendly and willing to advise on . Rooms are dated but clean, although our sheets were not changed at all and we only got fresh towels because I asked a cleaner for them. Beds are very hard. Cons: the place is tired and desperately in need of an update. Bar is open for Kareoke until the last customer leaves, so noise goes on until the early hours. There are no facilities to shower if you have a late departure. We paid €30 to keep our room on. If there had been no way of doing so, we were advised we would have to use the pool shower in full view of the other guests!! We really enjoyed our holiday in Kardemena but wouldn't return to Origin.

Had to wait just over an hour for our room when we arrived kept asking if it was ready, ceiling light had wires showing, one of the sockets was loose, had to ask cleaner to change the bin in the bathroom has they didn't come in to do it, noise from music and karaoke was really loud we knew there was when we booked but didn't expect it to be so loud went on well after 1 in the morning, then there was shouting and arguing and banging, and the owner was rude
