Apollon Windmill Boutique Hotel - Adults Only

Very bad experience with this hotel booked via Booking . The reservation was not taken into account and the receptionist was not competent to find a solution apart from saying that they had no booking and no room! We waited 1 hour to finally have a room . The room was not compatible at all with the website pictures . No window in the room. Awful decoration .gloomy atmosphere . Industrial breakfast . None of our requests has been taken into considération . Hotel to avoid

The rooms are clean and tidy and I'm afraid that's where it ends. The pics of the hotel are misleading as it shows a huge pool, it's very small! The bar area is always empty as it has no facilities at all to keep guests there so we didn't stay either. Overpriced drinks and not much choice at all. The hotel doesn't even have an iron at all, so can't even get the basics right! This is definitely NOT a 4 star hotel, I would say 2 star at best as it's a good way from the nearest beach and Kos town. Upon leaving and checking out don't expect to get a shower room before your flight. I asked and was told it was 60 euros to keep our room till 6pm and our flight is at 12am They told me to use the shower next to the pool! How rude can you be! Anyway we had a great time in Kos but if you want a nice hotel, DON'T choose this one!

Excellent hotel, friendly staff, beautiful pool area. Lots of cars and bikes for hire and only about 20 minutes into attractive Kos Town which has a harbour, island cruises, booze cruises, tavernas galore.. Would definitely recommend. Fabulous.

A beautiful hotel. Not on a busy road. Rooms are perfect and cleaned everyday. We didn’t book all inclusive but only with breakfast. Breakfast is an extensive buffet. The staff is so friendly and polite, there is a good customer focus. This was our second stay in this hotel and certainly not our last!

During our recent stay at the Apollon Windmill Kos we encountered significant issues with their taxi booking system that greatly impacted our planned activities and dining plans. Despite booking taxis through the hotel’s recommended system well in advance, we missed multiple reservations. The main problems we faced were: Unreliable Service: Taxis frequently arrived late or not at all, despite assurances from the hotel staff. Poor Communication: There was a lack of communication about delays or changes in taxi availability, leaving us waiting without information. Missed Reservations: As a result of these delays, we missed several dinner reservations at local restaurants, While the hotel staff were apologetic, the inconvenience caused by the taxi booking system significantly detracted from our stay. We recommend that management urgently address these issues to prevent similar problems for future guests. Overall, we were disappointed by the inefficiency of the taxi booking system and the negative impact it had on our stay.
