The experience was ok overall, some things to improve here and there but nothing major. Very clean, the food was great, plenty of activities . Great attendive staff, specially Varvara from the pool bar I will recommend it , specially for families

This is about the 7th time holidaying in Kos although the first time we stayed in Kipriotis Maris Suites and I can safely say it was excellent. From the moment we arrived at the reception we were met by friendly and helpful staff who ensured we knew the layout of the facilities and a nice cold refreshing drink. The staff are excellent and attentive to the needs of the guests.There is a dedicated entertainment team who ensure everyone is having fun and enjoying their stay. Larisa and her team (especially Freddo) should be applauded for their enthusiasm and customer service and focus. Although there is only one restaurant, the food is varied and delicious. Staff ensure that the levels of food do not get too low and there are plenty of tables both inside and out to sit. In the week we were there we did not have any bad experiences. The rooms are very clean, spacious and very comfortable with large balconies for spending some alone time with your loved ones. The pool is clean and well maintained with plenty of sun loungers to relax on. You are always guaranteed getting a loungers no matter what time you go to the pool. I would highly recommend going to the Red Sky Bar which is in one of the sister hotels in the immediate area. This views are spectacular and is open to everyone (even if you are an all inclusive customer you will still have to buy your drinks). If you love a nice sunset this is the place to go. You will not be disappointed Overall: this was an excellent relaxing holiday and one which we will return to. The manager (Olga) and her team should be very proud of what they do and the high quality service they deliver. Thank you all for making our stay so nice. See you next year.

It is all ok for the price you pay it’s a bit dated. The staff are friendly and helpful. The place is clean and the food is good. The pool area, bar area and reception are comfortable. The all inclusive drinks are poor, definitely watered down. The beach area is also a low point with old scruffy loungers. We spent a lot of time out of the hotel visiting Kos town which is easy to get to buy bus, we also hired bicycles which was cheap to get to nearby beaches and taverners.

The declared 5stars status does not correspond reality. The rooms, and especially the plumbing, need renovation. The furniture, composite tableware in the restaurant resembles a student canteen. The staff is trying their best. We would especially like to note the excellent work of the barmaid WARWARA.

Our recent stay at the Kipriotis Maris suites was excellent room was good and the choice of food was fantastic Nothing was to much trouble and would like to give a special mention to Larisa on the entertainment team who was absolutely brilliant the way she got people involved with different events karaoke, Quiz night ect Had a great way about her Very professional Would highly recommend this hotel to everyone 😃

We have just returned from 10 nights at the kipriotis Maris hotel. Kos. This review is as honest as we can make it,.... My wife and I are both pensioners and have limited mobility, with us was my daughter and her partner. From the moment we arrived we received a warm welcome from the friendly reception team and a refreshing cold drink. We were shown to our rooms which were not quite what we expected as the email sent to the manager was misunderstood and our level of mobility was overestimated and we were allocated disabled rooms. We were so tired after our day travelling we had the evening meal and went to bed early.... Next morning after breakfast, I made an appointment to see the manager Olga, who was more than understanding and arranged for our rooms to be changed. The rooms were very spacious and had everything we needed. The hotel food was varied and tasty, in fact for our last evening meal there was a whole roast pig. There was always a wide selection of foods from salads, pasta, fish, fruit, vegetables every shape and form, cooked in every way possible.There was also a full children's selection available. All the items above were available every day. From 3 till 5 the snack bar was open with pizza's, burgers, hot dogs, and of course chips. Also available was ice cream in lots of flavours, these were available for most of the day it seems. The bar opened at 10am and closed at midnight (I think). Drinks were plentiful but a little generic as all of the "all inclusive" hotels I've ever stayed in. You can pay extra for premium brands. The pool opened at 10am and was very large with plenty of sunbeds and plenty enough shaded areas. The pictures on the website didn't do the pool justice I felt, and I thought I was much nicer, and clean with a lifeguard in attendance all day. There was also a child's pool with shallow water, sunbeds and shade. There was an onsite shop which sold most things. There was also an indoor pool and spar, these I can't comment on as we didn't use them. There was a full range of activities throughout the day and evening by the animation team who were lovely, polite and helpful. We had a great time getting to know Freddo, who was such a lovely young man who made the time each day to stop and chat. Although we didn't participate in the activities, due to our disabilities they were great fun to watch,especially the water polo at 4.15. We were approached on several occasions by Olga (manager) to ensure we were comfortable with everything. This holiday was possibly our last abroad as last year I was diagnosed with cancer last year, albeit well managed. The insurance premiums cost so much it makes it difficult as a pensioner to afford it. (quoted £1000 insurance by one for a £1000 holiday) I did manage to half it though for basic cover for the 2 of us. We had a wonderful, lazy holiday which was much needed by both of us after a year of medical episodes. (wife having knee replacement 12 weeks ago) I'm glad we chose this specifi

The staff are so friendly and kind . Especially Victoria, who makes the best drinks, Mrs Olga is a brilliant manager and Barbara on reception is very helpful. The staff are a reflection of Mrs Olga’s leadership. Thank you for a great holiday!
