Struttura accogliente gestita da uno staff nuovo e giovane. La responsabile è una persona molto gentile ed accogliente, ci siamo trovati veramente bene, consiglio!

This is no way a 5 star hotel, more like a 3 star, we were located in the annex and it was a uphill walk to get there which was not the best, no water from the kitchen tap so had to always use bathroom tap. Food was ok but luke warm at times, one evening there were flies on the meat so we gave it a miss, some food seemed undercooked and the breakfast was poor. The cocktails were hit and miss depending on which bar staff made it, the pool only opens at 1000 till 1800 which is bizarre in such a hot climate. Pool sunbeds are a accident waiting yo happen, alot of them broke with bolts hanging off, alot of trip hazards around the hotel as well. Thr beach sunbeds are shocking, dirty and weathered, nothing like the photos, the beach snack bar is an old burger van, we noticed ants everywhere, even in the bed, overall very dissapointed as we booked this as it said 5 star but that is so misleading. The entertainment staff seemed very good but reception staff seemed very disintested and just glazed over if they were asked anything, were always told come back tomorrow. Its a bit like a haven or butlins and no way a 5 star hotel.

I booked this holiday in 2024 and was advised MARIS SUITES was a 5 star hotel. This has been completely falsely advertised. You will see from the photos of the hotel particularly the bathroom that this is absolutely not a 5 star. This would sit in the region of something 3 star at best. I feel totally misled by this booking. We stayed for 9 nights. The positives I will say the restaurant staff in particular Natalia was great with my kids and the entertainment staff also. The food in my opinion was lovely but the downside was it took a long time to replenish the food and sometimes this wasn’t done at all. If lunch starts at 1230 and you’re there at 1330 then don’t expect to have a great deal left. On arrival at the Hotel it was night time approx 2300 hours , the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Providing drinks and arranging transport to our room. The initial impression was a positive one. A young male checked us in. Aged early 30's dressed in a suit. He was pleasant enough and also a blonde female who I would say was in her 40's. She was there most days I was advised she was 'management' I was extremely tired the first night as was my wife and 3 young children (Aged 8,6 & 9 months). It was not until the next day that I started to notice some issues which to me were completely unacceptable AIR CONDITIONING NOT WORKING I attempted to use the AC and noticed only room temperature air was coming out of the vents. I was advised that the AC would be working from 1st June. The blonde female was now somewhat dismissive after her initial welcoming demeanour. She would not provide me an answer as to why it was broken or when it would be fixed. I told her my children were uncomfortable and that the AC should have been working she replied "too hot? Ok" and shrugged her shoulders before carrying on her daily business. I found this appalling. The AC didn’t work for the first 4 days we were there! COT PROVIDED IN ROOM The hotel provided a cot in the room for my 9 month old baby. I immediately noticed this cot was dirty and well worn. It would not be something that would be deemed acceptable in the UK. I placed my son in there out of desperation and the cot collapsed within 5 minutes. I complained again to the blonde female who didn't appear concerned or bothered by this. She told me it would be replaced. The reality of this was that a cleaner simply put the cot back together. It was the same cot and still filthy. I aired my concerns but they were again ignored SHOWER The shower was fitted incorrectly meaning it had to be placed to its side in order for you to shower (photo and video attached). It was also leaking meaning the water was not very powerful when trying to use it. The shower screen also had to be pushed out as otherwise it would close in on you whilst in the shower. The leak in the shower was fixed but it was difficult to shower given the position of the head. DOOR The door to our room was broken. The handle was loose and w
