I don't remember how many times I've been to this hotel. I've lost count. I'm probably part of the furniture now. Although that is too condescending an expression. Here you enter as a tourist and leave as family. From small to large, they make your holiday an incredible experience. The management, special thanks to Olga and Fotini, and the rest of the staff radiate so much positivity that your holiday will remain a fantastic memory. Thanks to everyone for your efforts. For me there is only one address on Kos... Kipriotis Maris Suites.

We spent one week in July. The food was good and plentiful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was very big , they cleaned it everyday. To go downtown You can catch the bus in front of the hotel or by taxi rate is 10€. I recommend this hotel, especially for families.

I just need to be honest as I’m reading reviews and can’t believe we stayed in the same hotel. Now I’m not saying it’s terrible but it’s not 4/5 star as it is sold as with various tour ops. We stayed at the pelagos suites previously and they are worlds apart regarding standard and in price. Our room was extremely dated and in need of an upgrade. The pelagos starred the same is far far better in every aspect. I’m guessing in its day it was a fantastic hotel but everything is dated and the sunloungers are far from comfy. I guess we looked at the star rating and thought it was a bargain but you def get what you paid for. Like I say it’s not dire but far from the rating it’s advertised as. Our room unfortunately was shaded by a tree so even with lights on we could not see properly. The furniture 80’s and food just basic. Tiles around the property are cracked - several in the restaurant. We ate out every evening. We knew taxis would be required but put extra hassle on to your holiday as really lengthy queues to get back to the hotel. Just look at it and realise you get what you pay for it’s not a bargain it’s just priced right. If you want a true 4/5 star there are far far better properties in the area. Even the locals said the hotel has deteriorated over the years and not considered too good anymore. We just prefer a modern bright hotel not dated so I guess it’s preference.

The experience was ok overall, some things to improve here and there but nothing major. Very clean, the food was great, plenty of activities . Great attendive staff, specially Varvara from the pool bar I will recommend it , specially for families
