Hotel room is a bit old with leaking pipes in the bathroom.  There is a red stain on the bedsheet upon entering and hv informed housekeeping. They quickly changes it as requested. Breakfast buffet was good with lots of food

Very comfortable and convenient. Attached with shopping mall with easy access. Recommended to stay here. Will repeat stay in future

My first time booking hotel at Kelantan, and its really great. The room is superb. Swimming pool and the cafe was great.They have variety of food, and of course some local choices like nasi kerabu and kuih muih. It just the parking was not spacious, and some room that we got into, The hotel combines modern luxury with rich Malay cultural elements, offering a unique experience. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped, catering to both business and leisure travelers.

Unbelievable experience at this hotel! I was assigned to a ******* room (Bilik Hantu) at the corner of the building. In the middle of the night, something pulled my blanket away and touched my leg. Strange noises filled the room, and objects seemed to move on their own—it was absolutely terrifying! I have seen on tiktok that many people experienced the same thing in this hotel. If you're brave enough and want a paranormal encounter, feel free to book a stay here. As for me, never again! This was my first and definitely my last time.

My family loves this hotel, and the breakfast is good. However, the hotel did not replenish certain food items that had run out. Also, they seemed short-staffed, as one staff member had to manage two booths (the laksa section and the roti tiptop/kacang pool section). Overall, it was okay.

Horrible experience at this hotel! The bed sheets were never changed—there was hair all over the bed. On top of that, they diluted the shampoo and shower gel with water. What kind of hotel standard is this? Absolutely unacceptable! The room itself was in terrible condition, with many things broken and in need of repair. This place desperately needs improvement and renovation. Would not recommend!

Water shower handle missing parts, water keep flow out like crazy. Also green dirt on the window so basically no view to enjoy. Other than that everything was perfect, they have a pillow menu so you can choose which pillow you want. Nice decoration too at lobby.

Good hotel and good variety of breakfast...the room I think must do renovation to be better hotel in KB...

This hotel is located quite centrally, close to a lot of Kota Bharu attractions and it was picked as it is easy to reach HUSM from here. The room itself is dated but clean. However, the hallway of my floor which was at the 16th floor was mouldy with some roof leaking. Hope that gets repair soon. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The winning point for this hotel is the breakfast. Absolutely delicious and so many Malaysian delicacies and East Coast speciality like Nasi Dagang, Nasi Kerabu, Kacang Pool, kuih akok and a lot more. It had to be one of the best hotel's breakfasts menus that I had ever experience and taste. Hope the chef stays on.
