Very spacious room with modern design. Staffs are helpful but the sahur meals can be improved. Hotel is right beside a huge Mydin mall. I would recommend this hotel.

cleanliness: cleanliness is below average. toilet is moldy. it is recommended for u to bring your own toilet slipper. bedsheet and pillowcase is yellowish. however i guess this is the best u can get in kota bahru. dont compare to the standard of cleanliness with hotels in KL location: need to take grab for RM11 to pasar khadijah/ city centre. the hotel is located next to mydin tunjong, walking distance staffs: front desk Mr Akram was pleasant and welcoming. concierge Mr Fahmin was very helpful. wifi: wifi was average speed and easily disconnected aircond: aircond is ok and cold, it is great floor: i like that the floor in the room is fully wooden, no carpet. it is clean

The food was good and delicious. I’m satisfied with the stay. Overall was good but only elevator take some time

Good 1.Room with big spaces 2.Muslim friendly (provided sejadah) 3. Location very convenient - walking distance to mydin mall. Below hotel got coffee shop (ZUS & CBTL) 4. Nice bendang view Bad 1. Extra pillow are chargeable (RM15/pc) 2. Amenities (Gym,play room,swimming pool) are open from 8am-8pm only. 3. Not much TV chanel available 4. Low water pressure

I’ve really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and will definitely book again in the future. The breakfast is delicious and offers a wide variety of food

Full accommodation around the premises, affordable room prime.. Variety breakfast menu & quite delicious.

I thought 4 star hotel could be better, however the toilet is so dirty and the water is so yellowish. Cleanliness definitely need to be improved. Tune hotel definitely much better than here with a double lower price.

The room is big, spacious and clean. But the towels provided are bad and have holes. Breakfast has many choices and good. Only the pastry is not so tasty. Good service.

Favourite hotel in Kota Bharu. Always stay here when I visit Kota bharu. Closed to Mydin Tunjung . 30 minute form Airprot by Taxi. Good stafff

lobby is nice. food is good. room is ok. but the toilet looks like not a new hotel. but overall is ok n fine👍
