The Aru Hotel at Aru Suites recensioner

The location is quite strategic and near to Tanjung Aru beach. Near to a mall as well, few beach bars around. There are a few convenient stores nearby (7e, 99 Mart), a mamak that’s open till late. There’s also a seafood restaurant next to the hotel which you can walk past the parking lot. Can get nice view of sea and airport. Although you don’t get to see much of the sea view but I think it’s good enough. You can grab to the beach within 5-8 mins and very accessible with grab drivers.

You can view the flight track from their rooftop pool. Also manage can view sunrise from rooftop.

Nice hotel near the beach and airport. The room has great space and nice view to the sea and airport. Auto parking available and in a quiet location but convenient to go to beach and town. The hotel rooftop pool and deck has a nice to the sea. You can watch the landing and takeoff of the planes too. The sound from the plane is bearable but the sound insulation can be better especially from the walkway when people walking, chatting and banging door. The amenities and cleanliness can be improved. Used bathrobes was left in the cabinet and new bathrobe was not provided. The housekeeping staff clearly omitted on this.

It looks better than on photos. The room is clean and spacious with balcony, toiletries and towels are provided. And, It comes WiFi and Netflix ((: Nice infinity pool. Will be better If they have proper pool side chairs and pool towel. Do note the hotel does not provide breakfast, however can order food or travel out to eat. Location is near beach, away from KK town.

Very very beautiful suite!! So near to many local shops to eat and also shop. Walking distance to Tanjung Aru beach. Safe also as there is security. Swimming pool have wonderful view of surroundings.

The hotel front staff is friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is good. The sunset view from the rooftop is so beautiful. In addition, I had a great time with my child because I could see the take-off scene of the aircraft up close. There are many useful stores such as restaurants and marts near the hotel, so it is convenient. It is very close to the airport, so it is convenient. If you pay for the deposit with your card at check-in, it cannot be canceled immediately at check-out, and it is a pity that it takes about two weeks. Most hotels cancel the card approval right away at check-out. I'm waiting for the deposit I paid with my credit card to be canceled properly.

Good view, big room. Nice swimming pool. Take 15 mins ride to downtown.

The best hotel, near to city & airport. Grab is very easy to get since driver always around. Room very clean, the toilet smell good as they use Borneo organic product for shower gel & shampoo. feel like at spa. Definitely will come again if we come to KK in next time.

Room is clean and spacious. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool! Great view at the balcony.

We stayed here for 1 night as we arrived at the airport at night. It’s very close to the airport, about 10 minutes drive. Room is big and clean.  I don’t think they offer breakfast and we looked for somewhere to eat in the morning but restaurants nearby were all closed so we ended up at seven eleven, which is about 8 minutes walk. There is a list of recommendations for Grab food so we could order delivery.  We didn’t use but they have swimming pool and gym.

The Aru Suites is located a fair distance away from the Kota Kinabalu main waterfront area. Grab car is easily available so there isn't a problem. Place is shared with those residential apartments, some are used by airbnb. Pool view is great with view of the sea and the airport runway. Great for those who enjoys plane spotting. Overall a good stay.

Great location. Close to mostly attraction. Very near to the beach. Good viewpoint for sunset. Highly recommend.
