location strategic near to town, walk distance to sutera avenue for dining, room not provide toiletries, suggest hotel to provide complimentary drinking bottle , and please focus on cleanliness, picture attached

Spacious room, but the whole building needs some maintenance and repair. We had problem with sockets in the room, and batteries of door lock, TV and air-cond remote controls need to be changed. We found one small cockcroach in the kitchen, other than that, overall stay was OK. One good point, water pressure is very strong.

I had my very first time stay in an Airbnb with live cockroaches and hairs on the floor. The whole building, lift and everything is old. The management seems like not taking care of the public spaces. Location is good because it’s very near shopping mall, but the cleanliness make me uncomfortable. I definitely won’t rent an airbnb here anymore.

The room was okay, just not happy with the requirements to pay a deposit 200myr! and have to wait 1-2days working hours to get it back! 2days?? Really?? Am not happy.. But already paid!

bad. wouldnt recommend this place altho its in the main city area. depo wasnt even stated in my booking yet they asked for rm200 as a deposit to be credited into a personal account? under GX bank which makes it even more suspicious. buruk. sangat x recommend this place
