so far so good only the towels have a smell and the washing machine cannot be used

The room is clean, the water pressure is good. The owner response fast. The location is very strategic and close to main attraction. The instructions given for self check in, parking and checkout is clear and easy to follow.

Everything was just nice in this apartment apart from the bathroom where a shower screen should be provided so that the dry area and wet area are separated. Great location.

Please DO NOT book this unit SA#01, you will definitely REGRET. They never maintain the unit well. These are the problem we faced during our stays at this unit : 1. Before check in I wrote to confirm whether is there a washing machine. Their answer is 'YES' but they never said it was NOT WORKING until when you want to use then only they said washing machine is out of order. 2. Horrible water leaking at toilet sink that cause the floor all wet the whole time. Until we really can't stand and need to use the kitchen sink to brush teeth and hand washing. 3. Master bed room air conditioner is not working well, instead of cool air it come out like warm air. 4.Not extra garbage begs provided. 5.The whole apartment only 2 socket can be used for HP, Laptop charging. Imagine we have to queue to charge our HP. 6.Did not really mention only 1 toilet attached in between 2 rooms. Please think twice if you are booking this unit.

PROS ♡ The apartment is fully-furnished and was quite comfy for my family. ♡ Various eating outlets around the apartment building. ♡ Imago shopping mall is just opposite from the building (can use overpass/jejantas). ♡ Love the view from the swimming pool. ♡ Good WiFi network. CONS ❗️ Key box was hard to identify because of the small letters and different colour from the other boxes. ❗️ The manual given was incomplete- there was no mention of the apartment door lock which need heat to be activated. ❗️ The contact no. on this app cannot be contacted, so I had to Google it. ❗️ The parking lot is very confusing (even for the security guards). ❗️ Security guards were incompetent. They need to be trained properly on the layout of the building. ❗️ Sinks were not installed properly which lead to minor flooding in the washroom & the kitchen. ❗️ The beddings were not clean enough for my sister who has a very sensitive skin since she got bedbugs after sleeping there. ❗️ Water leaked from the aircond above the TV, so we had to turn it off to prevent electric shock & TV malfunction.

Everything is good except that the WiFi is a little bit slow.

Very safe location with everything you need nearby but not quite in town. But only a 15 minute walk if needed. Very close to the big mall as well.

The house is really clean. The owner was very helpful. Enjoyable time spent there.
