Paradise Suite at SCSP, Ming Garden recensioner

So far good , except for the air conditioner remote. Aircon balik2 on off selang berapa minit.

The gym was a definite redeeming feature in this stay. Due to the location we needed a grab to get to most places. The self check in was very easy. The room had a bit of a musky smell and could do with being aired between guests. It was an okay stay for the 2 nights we were there.

Love it here... Very cozy... Not far from mall,,, we will stay here again, very comfortable and nice.

Everything was nice and the owner is responsive and nice. A great views too😍

There is a pool. Actually two one for kids and one for adults. But kids go where they want unfortunately. There is a gym. There is a kids room. There is a bar/snack bar. There is a game table. There are lounge chairs and two umbrellas. It is across the street from Imago Mall. There are restaurants about 10 minute walk away.

Unfortunately service was a bit lacking. There should always be water given with the room or a cleaning. But this was not the case. It might have been an oversight but given that there is no front desk or reception or any dedicated staff in or out of housekeeping it is not easy to get things rectified. Therefore it is so important that things are done correct. Water, bathrooms supplies, utensils, toilet paper etc should be absolutely done correctly. Unfortunately it was not.

A Very enjoyable place to stay, clean and ample space to rest. The tenant provide cable tv and cooking amneties.

We have spent three nights at the hotel and I would rate it as a very good. The location is not far from the city centre and the beach. We did not eat at the hotel due to higher price but you can use app GRAP for meal deliveries instead or shopping centre across the street where you can find many restaurants and supermarket. There is also kids play areas which are definitely worth of visit for families with little kids. In a hotel is a big swimming pool for adults as well as a paddling pool. We enjoy a shuttle bus running to the shopping centre accross the street and to the city free of charge three times per day. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only things that could be improved is a cleaneless around the swimming pool and price of the breakfast.

The owner always replied quickly and helped me when I couldn’t call. Good facilities!
