Location was good, near the malls and Gaya Street. Lift smelled funky. Front desk staff (female) gave one word reply when asked about the hotel shuttle service. Overall okay

The hotel staff told us the room we book not ready for customer yet (Maybe the need to do some inspections first before selling the room bcause this hotel is consider as a new building, minor half this building still under construction). Then, we got a new room ( i think it's listed as premier bed king/queen size with seaview). Parking Zone quit spacious but 👻 ( i guess it is paid parking and i see just a few car was park make it look 👻).Thank you Citadines KK ✨🎉 for the hospitality

near to food market and pasar filipino. staff very helpful. room got kitchen amenities can cook, got laundry also

strategic location within KK centre. suitable fod mid range price.. only the down side pool is small and too hot to swim during the day

the location is perfect, 5mins walk to the waterfront seafood market, and 2 mins walk to ASHTAC TACTICAL STORE, 10mins walk to Jalan street. facility is well-equipped with swimming pool, function room and laundry room. room size is acceptable and cozy with samll window to have piece of seaview

excellent experience, the staffs very nice and friendly.they offered me to upgrade to bigger size room but I refuse bcoz of my child and my wife already exhausted and we can't wait for another 1 hour for upgraded room. The room was awesome and clean, this is new hotel and the surrounding was marvelous. Nice sea view. Easy to access to pasar Tanjung Kinabalu and malls such as suria Sabah and centre point sabah

Location and cleanliness is a plus point for this stay! It close to all the interested spot in town!

Breakfast could be much better!. But I was happy with my location.

Book 2 rooms. Ask if i can have side by side room. And they upgrade 1 of my room so we can have side by side room. 😁 room is clean and very good especially the room with the dining tablex near to market, foods, small shopping mall, walking diatance to gaya night and weekend market. If i only had one complain, is breakfast choice. Maybe they can improve more choice once people pick here. Yes, so far its not worthit as this hotel is new and not too busy yet (hint)

Fantastic location opposite the Filipino Market and many coffee shops around for good food. Apartment style with cooking facilities in the room with crockery. My room has gorgeous views to the sea.

Disappointing Service – Room Type Changed Without Notice & Flooding Incident I had booked a sea-view room from 21st to 26th December, paying extra as I wanted to enjoy the sunset views during my stay. However, I was extremely disappointed with the service I received. Due to a change of plans, I informed the front desk on 21st December, when I checked out, that I would be staying in Labuan for the night and checking in the following day instead. Despite this, when I arrived on 22nd December to check in, I was shocked to discover that my reserved sea-view room had been given away to another guest! To make matters worse, I was assigned a city-view room without being informed of the change. I only found out after I went up to the room with my luggage, expecting the sea-view I had paid for. I then had to go all the way back down to the reception with my luggage to address the issue. When I raised my concerns, I was told that I was marked as a “no-show” on the 21st—even though I had clearly informed the staff in advance of my late check-in. To add to the frustration, on the second day of my stay, the washing machine in my room caused flooding, leaving the floor soaked. Thankfully, a staff member named Rafiy quickly assisted me and provided excellent service to resolve the issue. I truly appreciate her professionalism and quick response, but the inconvenience of dealing with this after an already poor check-in experience was frustrating. This level of service is completely unacceptable. Not only did I not get the room I paid for, but there was also no communication from the hotel regarding the change. This ruined my plans to enjoy the sunset views I had looked forward to so much. While I commend Rafiy for her helpfulness during the flooding issue, I hope the hotel improves its communication, reservation management, and maintenance to ensure other guests do not face the same disappointment.

First day my room is half ocean view so l say somone check in front. Becauce l reservate ocean view room. Next day she change full ocean view and bigger one. Citadins has good view! .l enjoy my kk trip.

Really spacious room. House keeping fantastic. Loved our sunset view. Only thing is the internet was terrible. We kept asking front desk to fix it, and only at the third ask did they send a technician up.
