Location is the only great thing about the hotel. Even saying so, since it ia located just opposite the market, it tend to be noisy. No free parking. One hour RM1 No toiletteries provided except for disposable toothbrush No extra garbage bag provided Aircondition in the living room just feel air, not cool breeze The worst part about this hotel is the elevator. We have to wait for more than 15 minutes just to go up and down. It was worst even more during check out time. We wait nearly half an hour and the waiting area in front of the elevators was so hot and humid. Not convenient at all as we have family with wheelchair and we cannot go down the stairs from level 13 with a lot of luggage. Even the housecleaning people are using the same elevators and even busy the same time as the check out time.

我們住的是15樓B-15-3A號房,房間2個卧室，2張1.5的大床，1張1.5的沙發床，我們4個人住睡的很寬敞很舒服，但是很臟！！！很注意衞生的就不要選這個房間了，真的臟！！！沙發上很重的腳臭味汗臭味！！注意是整個沙發很臭！！！床是磚砌起來的榻榻米，不知道為什麼很多螞蟻！！房間也沒有殺蟲劑，廁所沒有做衞生工具，我們住了13天，又不能退房間，真的很難受！腳上全是蟲咬的包！！ 有餐桌，餐桌很大正常體型的可以坐8個人，餐具🍽齊全，有平底鍋適合煎蛋，有奶鍋適合煮麪條，有鍋鏟，我們自己跑到太平洋購物廣場一樓買了個老式電飯煲很便宜，適合蒸菜，位置方便去加雅街500米，對面就是亞庇城，地下一層是檳威超市什麼都能買到，不過沒有太平洋購物中心便宜，同樣的電飯煲要155馬幣，太平洋購物中心衹要115馬幣，我拍照片了，可以自己看圖片是酒店+太平洋電飯煲+對面亞庇城一樓企鵝款蜜雪冰城+大茄萊菜品實物。這個民宿除了衞生，其它都很不錯所以我準備選擇去這棟樓的別家老闆那裡訂房間了。住了之後才明白為什麼評分不高！ 我幫你給個5星，但是我得實話實説！

家人們必須避坑這家酒店。衞生條件令人堪憂，在入住前已經告知為三人入住，由於入住較晚，店家説第二天給我們補齊毛巾，到了第二天下午都沒有，在WhatsApp上聯繫他們被告知沒有毛巾了。房間下水道反味兒嚴重，希望更換房間，這時小朋友鼻炎開始發作。被告知沒有新的房間，但是當時他們在攜程上依舊有空房。我尋求客服介入要求取消訂單，但是店家依據態度強硬説不行。不得不説攜程的服務是一流，攜程立刻和我們説，你們退房吧，隨時的費用攜程承擔，並且在我們退房後15分鐘，就把剩餘房費打給了我們。
