My stay was just okay and nothing fancy. The price was pretty average. The toilet door definitely needs some fixing. Overall it was fine.

I always stay here when I go to Kota Kinabalu but this time the air conditioning in the room was not cool and forced me to turn on the fan. Anyway tq

External needs a new coat of paint and internal areas need modernising.One bathroom had a door lock at opposite ends with lock on the outside. Staff were very pleasant n helpful.A self service launderate is located just next door which was very helpful.A bad experience where room was facing some housing where there was a sort of wedding function with loud music but on the good side it ended exactly at midnight.

1st time stay at this hotel. - Easy to find the location. - Nice parking. - Room service and front desk friendly / very helpful. - Room great for family but limited space. - Much acceptable for budget hotel. - Bathroom door lock is outside, not inside the room. - Recommend..

The location is near the place where I wanted to go. Fair rate and the room has a ceiling fan which is good for my mother who cannot stand the A/C temperature.
