Asaya Hotel Kota Kinabalu - Refurbished 2024 recensioner

The check in process is quite fast. Have to deposit RM100 before check in. So need to prepare cash earlier. Everything is good, friendly receptionist. The only might be a problem for someone else, is the parking. Parking is free, but everytime you want to bring your car out, you have to get a chop from the receptionist, and go to the parking office behind the hotel to scan your ticket. Quite a hassle for me.

Very convenient and the staff friendly. Recommended. Gym and swimming also easy to access. Will repeat again in the future.

Cleanliness and housekeeping need a lot more improvement. Never ever experience that the cleaner leave a bag of trash in room (speechless)

All okay, just don’t go for the breakfast buffet, it is so bad and the food not enough and left leftovers.

Used to stay here when the hotel name was Avangio Staffs are still the same Rooms smell good, added new humidifier inside the room and outside. Still a very pleasant stay Thank you

Kota Kinabalu is very nice place but need to be careful with hotel and better pay more, but to have great accommodations...

Nice stay. But need to check on the towels. Kinda smells like dog. Everything else is great.

Overall room and facilities is good, more space and height than other hotel rooms. Pool, gym, sauna is on point. I will re visit this hotel.

Near to metrotown so food is not an issue.. Room was OK and buffet breakfast available

Convenient location to and from the airport, the overall hygiene and service is good.
