Good hotel. In the middle of the heart of the Kota Kinabalu. Close to everything ( port, malls, restaurants, walking street).

Nice hotel… near to waterfront and mall… easy to find… near restaurant also… price very cheap

Overall the hotel was good. Great location. Got night market and busking at night. Easy parking. Easy to access to everywhere. However the room is quite small compared to other hotels.

The location of hotel is in the heart of KK city located at Kampung Air. Easy access to variety of restaurants and convenience shops. The hotel amenities were good. All working fine. The remote air conditioning and TV was not available in my room but it's not a big issue for me. The bed was a bit hard to lie on and the pillows were too soft for my liking What i loved the most was the water pressure of the shower. The pressure is strong unlike other hotels which claims to 3 stars. No parking provided so If u parking at the public parking area make sure that your vehicle is not blocking the night market which take places after 6pm. Overall totally worth it.

It was such a nice stay, clean and love the interior design concept, it only that the room wall is not soundproof you can literally hear people voices from another room but overall it’s still such a nice place and worth the money.

Very nice and clean hotel at the center of Kota Kinabalu city. The front office are very helpful and friendly. Very unique interior design and will book again in future.

Just stay for a family trips. Quite near to maim market & famously wet market and sinsuran’s seafood restaurant.
