Your comments have been shared with our maintenance and housekeeping teams for immediate follow-up.Our reception currently operates until 7pm, but we are always reachable via phone or message for any urgent needs. We understand the road leading in can feel quite dark, however pleased to inform that, the road light is not under our management as it is been handled by different management, we will address this issue to the other management for further action.Some of our units are older, and we offer them at a lower rate, while we also have fully renovated units available upon request for a more upgraded experience.Thank you again for your honest feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a much-improved stay.
