Sunset Seaview Vacation Condos @ Imago Shopping Mall recensioner

This Airbnb location is perfect…. It’s next to a huge mall and a wide variety of eateries… it’s a walking distance to KK waterfront and sutera harbor where you get the best view of the evening sunset….. the amenities are quite good with a gym and 2 swimming pools with lots of greeneries and hammocks for chilling…. The unit however is quite old although most things work and it includes a wash and dry washing machine which was very convenient for me

The apartment is spacious and have a lot of beds to accommodate my 8 family members. But during our first night, we cant watch the tv due to the remote control did not function. And there are noises from upstairs. The way to the apartment is also a bit complicated and we need to pay RM15 per night for the parking

Located at loft A, closer access to imago shopping mall. Towel is provided. Aircond is warm and standard temperature. It is not so cold but no so warm. View is amazing, you will see the view main entrance imago. You need to make appointment first with the staff to check in and checkout. This is consider private apartment.

Accommodation was large, 3 bathrooms were good. Balcony a good size. Location was great as far as shopping centre. Everyone friendly and helpful. Not flash but comfortable.

I like where the hotel is located in the mall. Very convenient because there are lots of restaurants to choose from. However, I hope there will be more precise instructions regarding self check in. I was confused why there's a separate building to get the keys for the room. Anyhow I was satisfied throughout my stay even just one night. I will come back here again ☺️

Check in n out a bit fussy..Reception at other building..No free parking need to pay 15 a day. A bit noisy when flights flying thru on top of apartment..

Sunset seaview staff said there'll be housekeeping after 2 days of stay. I stayed for 4 nights and no housekeeping took place. Disappointed. Whatever was said must be carried out. CHENG

Everything is fine so far however check out timing is too early at 11 am .It will be better if the check out time is at 12 noon or 1pm ,at least no rush & have more time for packing specially those with family & small kids .

The host didn’t message regarding the check in details. I have to call them first to get the information the day I check in. Deposit collected RM200 through bank transfer and will be refunded 3 business day. But I still didn’t get my deposit (2 business day) and they did not replied my text on Whatsapp. The only great about the stay is the location, which is I didn’t have to drive to go to the mall.
