Great service, staff very nice attitude. Suggest to use grab at night for safety espc for solo traveller woman, even it's near to the mall / nearby tourist attractions.

The hotel staff from the beginning of the booking has done a great and wonderful job.. they help me with contacting the driver to help me with a really late pick up at the airport.. the driver also such a great man.. kudos to him waiting for me until late hours.. the staff of the hotel all done such a great job.. even their house keeping lady is such a sweetheart.. i have such a pleasant stay there and will definitely go back if i ever went back to kk.. good job all 🫰🏻

The hotel was within walking distance of the Imago shopping mall as well as all the other tourist spots. Nothing was really far once you work out the shortcuts. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a mid-range hotel that is inexpensive, quiet and comfortable.

The receptionist is kind and friendly. Due to the limited first come first hotel parking lot and when we reached was 10pm, he taught us where to park at the public parking area and gave us one piece parking coupon for the next morning to avoid our car being fined in the morning. Luckily the next day can buy the parking coupon at the kiosk. Besides, with my request of nice view and high floor, the hotel listened to me and free upgraded us to a river view room (attached with my room's window view)! I feel so pleased to have this service. However a little upset is their aircond not really cold, we switched on whole day the room still in a bit warm conditions. Others than that the room quite clean and tidy.. The location of hotel is a bit far and during night time the surrounding quite dark, a bit dangerous for alone.
