Good location, Malls are all nearby, lots of shop for good food. Parking is the only problem for this hotel. No breakfast provided. Suitable for tourist!

Strategic location at centre of the city. Easily accessible to many shops. Old hotel but acceptable maintenance. It was a great stay.

Upon checking in, hotel was kind enough to grant the request (done during booking time) for higher floor rooms with good view. Great location - near Gaya Street, Jesselton Ferry Point, Suria & Wisma Merdeka Malls, restaurants, Handicraft Market, etc. Room with good bed, 4 pillows (2 hard pillows & 2 soft pillows). Complimentary 2 bottled water & 2 3-in-1 coffee sachets. Electric water kettle, bar fridge, TV, etc. Slight complaints - 1. rooms adjacent to main road can be quite noisy at night due to zooming passing vehicles, 2. sink that is slight blocked 3. No wifi 4. Shower gel should be changed to shower liquid (proned to get stucked in the given small plastic bottle container)

It's a functional hotel, no frills, no breakfast option. Location is considered good.

Location is very good. The personal are friendly. The room is clean and big. Wi-fi into the room is sick!

We booked 2 night. Only stay for 1 night. It happens on first night when my car passenger sit window got brakes since we park near HL bank/99 mark. Such unlucky. We decided to move immediately the second day. We already made police report due to this circumstance. Even the hotel counter female staff share it happen to her before Christmas. For anyone who driving & stay here. Park at your own risk! I repeat! Park at your own risk. End up finding a new mirror & workshop to replace it. It’s totally bothering my whole day originally schedule. For sure. Hotel is not responsible for this. Such bad luck.

Cheap price, clean, good service, nice city view and strategic location as it's located near suria. you also can just walk to gaya street.

Staffs is good, environment is good and the room is clean. Just happy because nearby with shopping mall and restaurants 😁

The hotel smells good. The room is spacious with plenty of chair to sit. They provide basic amenities. Checkin and checkout process was smooth. The only minor is the bed is in front of the door. So it’s not comfortable to sleep.
