Klagan has been always been my choice as and when im in KK as the location is considered strategic, and the price is fair. Service and cleanliness have always been the same since forever, keep it up..

All god but no window view n no fridge..Breakfst is good with sea view..Key deposit rm100 😓

Im so happy coz my room will upgrade from standart room to superior room and got bath tub at this room. I will come again.

Great trip. The room is spacious with stunning view. Staff are friendly and facilities are awesome. The only setback is room air conditioning is too loud. But overall, very satisfied.

This was our first stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly during check in. The hotel is close to the shopping mall. The room was spacious. There was hair on the floor which I think needed improvement. Breakfast is provided when I book this room. Overall, I recommend the hotel and will stay here in the future.

Didnt expect klagan will have seaview room. Pernah checked in dekat sini way before covid and it was our last going here. Room is spacious, modern. Free cark park provided. Breakfast also provided. Easy to go shopping, just go down and area walkable. What i love the most is the toilet, toilet spacious. it have bathub, headshower. It has smart TV. The room provide their own channel and netflix is available. Few things need to be improve, when at night the aircond feels a lil bit hot? Warm? And receptionist desk. Took a bit time to check in as the room not yet ready we waited almost an hour as we arrived early 2.30pm. All staff are good and very helpful.

Nice location and nice view from my room. But staff incompetent

The hotel is very nice, receptionist do work very fast. Our room cleaned every day which we stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. Amenities are complete and good also. The location of this hotel is near to market which we can stroll around for food and souvenirs. Overall it was a good experience.

It's fun with klagan hotel

Book seaview room. Everything was ok and meet my expectations. Superb location.

An old hotel tuck behind a mall in a central area. Easy access to Waterfront centre for food and drinks. Convenient store are within easy reach. Simple breakfast and clean room. However, Rooms are located along long corridors with minimal privacy and voices can be clearly heard. I left my cap in the room after checkout. Emailed and surprisingly, got a pretty fast response from Ms Annie, senior room reservation staff. She said that she will check the postal/courier cost to send it back and will revert. 2 weeks have passed and no news from her despite many email reminders. From being impressed with this 3 star hotel turns to very disappointing service. It would otherwise have been a very satisfying stay at this price point and a 5 star rating but it is not to be. Hope to get a response soonest

Klagan Hotel is the option for those who are seeking a good price but spacious room and strategic location. The only lacking there is the room view is not really good. All in all, it’s absolutely a very comfortable hotel to accommodate
