Very good location to stay on Friday and Saturday as 2 minutes walk to Gaya Weekend market. Near shoppings. Basic room but enough as only to sleep at night. Easy to find food. Chinese, halal Malay, western and street night market food.

Great Location & Worth the Stay! Stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the night market, making it very convenient for food and shopping. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Friendly staff and good amenities added to the pleasant stay. Definitely a great choice for anyone looking for convenience and value for money!

I was initially skeptical about the condition, but the room is exceptionally clean. Thank you to the friendly housekeeper for your great service! The room is quite spacious and comfortable. I love this place because there are many dining options within walking distance. I will definitely come back!

Good place to stay..easy to find food... strategic location

The room clean n tidy but Sound proof not so good can hear noisy from corridor and outside especially from night market during weekends.

The room was spacious at the affordable price. The hotel has friendly and helpful staffs. The location is very strategic which is at the heart of the city, Kota Kinabalu. Easy access to restaurants nearby malls and the tourist attraction too.

Near to Gaya Street, easy to get foods. Suria mall also within walking distance. The room is smaller than I thought, it will be inconvenient to move around if you have big luggage. Keep this in mind when choosing ur room. The hotel can consider upgrade the soundproof. The car noise outside, door open/close sound clearly heard, will affects sleep. No water bottle but there is a water dispenser outside with hot water. Overall a comfortable great stay.

Not much i can review about this hotel because mostly me and my families went out during day time and only come back at night. Room : Spacious ( for family of 4) Amenities : Basic ( We are fine with this) Location : 4/5 ( can walk by foot ,since mostly attraction at town just near by) Parking : (😔 - First come first serve basis) B'fast : NIL Overall : 3.5/5

Very convenient and right at the centre of the city centre. Food and supermarkets can be found nearby. It only takes 15-minute drive from the airport. You can take Grab to go to anywhere right in front of the hotel. Check-in process is simple and straightforward. The room might not be big but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Greatly recommended.
