Very nice room that has been recently refurbished. I like the view from my room on 11 th floor the staff at reception are very helpful espcially mr sabree.

Very worth it! Comfortable bed and environemnt is good also! Will introdice to friends

This is my 3rd time staying with Cititel Express Kota Kinabalu after their renovation. The room is bright with good ambience and the security of room is there with floor access only with room card. Definitely worth the pay!

Stayed at the Superior Double Room, great location surrounded by restaurants, & convenience store.Cozy room with affordable price, staff were friendly as well! def recommended and coming back again when I’m visiting KK again :)

My many time staying here. Good location and good staff

Bang for buck. Room was fairly small, but still ample space with the right sized bed (single in my case). Breakfast was pretty decent too. Eating out was easy as the popular seafood restaurants for tourists are nearby and plenty of local eateries just at the doorstep. Wouldn't mind booking this hotel again if I am travelling alone (would prefer something more luxurious if with the family).

Second time staying here. This time I had the chance to explore the surroundings and the city. Hotel is still in pretty good shape. Hotel staff absolutely wonderful: polite and friendly. Hotel room is super clean - and I got overly happy to find out that one of the earring locks I had dropped was found by the cleaning lady without me having to ask!!! The hotel is close to a night market with many delicious food stalls and great restaurants with fresh sea food, cafés and supermarkets like Servay and Bataras, and even to polyclinics, in case you need. On my last night I went for a foot massage in one of the parlours above the building on the right hand side and wow! This is definitely my place to stay in KK!!!

Good Location, Reasonable Price, Clean Room, Iron & Board need to request from housekeeping. Service from Front Desk officer during my check out early morning is a bit rude.

Hotel is in a good central location. Staff are friendly and quick to assist. I reserved a room last minute and was still able to get a good deal for a good size room that was clean. Bed was comfortable. Free parking in the lot right in front of the hotel.
