Harper Boutique Hotel at Sutera Avenue recensioner

Booked for only one night. Arrived at 1pm but can’t do early check-in as the room was not ready. Only managed to check-in at night as I was out running errands. Upon entering the room, it’s fully carpeted. Toilet is clean, shower strength is strong which is good. Place below has Chagee, convenient stores, restaurants which is a plus to me. Just opposite is the shopping mall Imago. Down side: 1) when I flipped the bed sheet, there were stains on them. Had to flip the clean side to cover me. 2) in sufficient lights/ try to use white lights next time. I had to use my phone light to see any dirt on the bed. 3) sides of the bed is dirty, there were dusts, hairs around. 4) could not sleep well due to the road noise. Window was not very sound proof. Can hear cars passing by. Wasn’t too bothered by it since I’m only staying for one night. Will I return? Maybe when I’m on a budget.

I really love staying at Harper, it's my go to hotel whenever i travel to KK for work. Extremely affordable and comfortable! They even have concierge service and 24hours open lobby. Thank you so much for your friendly service!

Room was stylish and comfortable. Easy communication with reception through Whatsapp. A walk via the overpass to the Imago Shopping mall and several places to eat with a convenient store at the complex which was convenient. Checked out late because the extra charges were affordable. Found stains on the bedsheets though that was the downside. I didn’t really mind because they were clean but just stained though objectively this brought down the score.

Reception is at level 4. The room is with standard amenities to short stay. Cross the bridge is a big shopping mall. The location is good with less traffic amd nearer to airport. The only is that the bathroom drainage a bit block and flooded. The floor and wall seem like got water slippage as can see water droplet forming.

Great location with beautiful surrounding atmosphere, Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel.  Everything about the hotel was exceptional.  Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay

Nice hotel. It was a great experience for me to stay in this hotel. Super clean and well located it. The entrance is a bit strange because it's a small door but it's fine. You have plenty of options for food for lunch or dinner and it's not too far from the airport. Just two things, I don't understand if I have to request to clean the room because they didn't and I couldn't get hot shower, I don't know if the heater works or not. It was good, definitely a good hotel
