had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable and the service was good. However, the bathroom wall and the toilet bowl were not very clean and need more attention. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay but housekeeping can be improved.

One of the less preferred hotel in KK. Corridor smells like something and it's dirty outside the room. Room inside was fine like normal hotel. Breakfast worst, not tasty and better go eat at shops nearby. Will never come back here.

Terrible Wi-Fi, I had to work, but it was impossible. That's why on the second day at 11:00 a.m. I asked to change my room. And I was told that there were no free rooms, although after noon I saw guests arriving. Very few vegetarian options for breakfast.

Near to gaya street, not safe to walk around at night. Suitable for short stay. Nearest mall is about 10mins walk away.

The hotel is ok for what we paid however we found the yellow stained and scratched toilet seat unacceptable so we checked out early. I hope the hotel improves its maintenance standards.

Location is plus, walking distance to Gaya Street and restaurants, convenient store. But finding a car park (public parking) is headache. Remember not to park wrong place - I got summon because of this. Like the buffet breakfast. With the price charged, I am delighted by the options of offerings. Taste is average. Shower area bigger is better, more comfortable. Door sound proving if can be improved also better.
