+ Friendly front desk staffs. Clean and pleasant hotel with modern decorations. Amenities available very thoughtful. - Hotel parking is limited. Surrounding parking is available and plenty, depending on time. Sound proof of the hotel might need to improve. You still hear it, if there is an event upstairs during normal time or vehicles pass by.

New hotel and warm welcome by staff . Hotel it's new and clean . The room it's clean. Overalls good . Will stay again if I visit Kota marudu. Have a good stay .

It was a good stay. However the room is a bit ‘cramped’. The space was too small for four people.

Probably the best hotel in Kota Marudu to stay in. The hotel is only a few years old and there was amenities nearby, Secret Recipe is just next door

Hotel is new..i had an enjoyable stay here..the staff are all very welcoming and helpful..we had our room changed due to the leak in the room..booked deluxe room however being downgraded to standard room but its fine with us..we had a wonderful sweet dreams, comfy pillows and beds..eateries are just nearby and down the lobby area got Secret Recipes cafe which adjacent to the hotel..due to the room changes, the hotel compensates us with a food vouchers..thank you so much to that...appreciate it..highly recommended and will definitely visit again whenever I'm in Kota Marudu..
