Hotel atmosphere, cleaning are good, but not satisfied about services and no hot water available for bath, informed to room service, they didn't take care.

The hotel is very near to the bus stand and the railway station. The location is good, near to mc road. Decent restaurants around and you can deliver food to the hotel as well. Neat place, budget friendly and ideal for brief stays.

Maintenance is very poor. House keeping staff doesn't know whether basic amenities such as TV/AC are working or not. In majority of the rooms plug points are not in working condition. Reception executives should listen to customer concerns. Their way of coordination is very poor. This hotel seems to be international. But we don't see minimum basic standards being maintained. Management/Hotel owner should monitor the hotel condition frequently and should fix the problems raised by the customers. Overall it is a very bad experience to us. People visiting this hotel for the first time please think before you opt.

Next to railway station and pvt bus stand, clean place, but no hotwater, wifi was good, tv remote was not working and broken,

The location of the property is easily accessible and very near to the railway station and private bus stand. The room was very small and could accommodate only a single person. Breakfast was denied by the hotel even though it was shown in the booking. The staff were polite and friendly. The tv remote was not available and i needed to switch on manually each time.

If you have important work in kottayam i would suggest you can stay in this hotel for a day. Railway station is near to hotel. They provide you food from near hotel. Ac was working. Sheets were not clean.
