Beautiful location and friendly, helpful staff. Great food too! I loved all of my meals and how attentive they were to my wife's allergies. The rooms were always very clean and the pool was wonderful. I likes the easy access to the beach too and how the resorts were connected.

What an incredible experience at Somatheeram. The place feels like a sanctuary. My room was extremely clean, and I loved hearing the sounds of the ocean at night from my room. Food was spectacular—nourishing, intentional, and medicinal. So many generous options available. Loved morning meditation/pranayama. The doctor I saw was on detail, I was grateful for her understanding and guidance. The treatments I had were incredible. Wish I could go back for more all the time! My therapist was very sweet and experienced (I believe her name was Remadevi). Thank you Somatheeram for such a memorable stay. Hope to be back again soon.

The best Ayurveda resort in Kerala. Somatheeram provides Ayurveda treatments, meditation, and yoga therapy. The treatment programs were a new experience for us. Very good Ayurveda treatment and well-experienced Doctor and experienced Therapist. Different massages were given every day for 2 hours under the supervision of a doctor. We spent our free time swimming and resting in the infinity pool. The food was extremely healthy. Different detox waters prepared freshly every day were offered to us. We plan to come every year for detox and rejuvenation. There are different therapy programs for everyone, you can choose the one that suits you. I recommend it to everyone, many thanks to the staff, they do their job very well.

My wife and I came for a 7-day detox therapy. They picked us up from the airport and sent us off from the airport on the way. This is a corner of paradise, carefully crafted in a wild nature. Although it was a detox and Ayurveda center, the food was delicious and there were many options. The 2-hour massage every day was wonderful. The massages with natural oils were the best massages I have ever seen. The staff was very respectful and helpful. The prices are also reasonable and we recommend this center to everyone.

Magical memories from the last time 10 years ago... and now... at first this time I was very upset, because the territory of the clinic had changed, but in return new amenities appeared - the restaurant became larger, the yoga place took a magical place, the staff changed for the better, in my opinion. But there are also disadvantages, that were reported to the hotel manager, so I hope that everything will be corrected and my next time will be even better! In general everything is great! ))

My special thanks to the amazing staff Revathi who welcomed me, Dr Shreejet and Dr Arya who was my Drs, Therapists Gokul, Amal, Vishnu, Shyam, and Robert who all possessed the art of healing, pools person Binu and Suresh, house keeping staff Ashwin, libin and others whose name I can’t remember, and all the hospitable amazing staff at the restaurant and Salman at Pharmacy The staff is just Amazing and kind and humble. The medical treatment is very effective and detailed. I benefited positively from the treatment and enjoyed the yoga class of Deepu. I want to thank Suresh the Manager for his courtesy and hospitality.

Humble people with a big, warm heart like the ocean. An unforgettable journey that broadens your horizons and where you find hope again and learn that humanity still exists and will never end. From arrival at the airport to the end, everything was excellent. Everything is tailored to your needs. Sensational service, the doctors (especially Dr. Subi and Dr. Sreejith) are all highly professional. The therapists are very friendly and always in a good mood. The massages are an absolute dream. The food is 5 stars and the service staff extremely courteous. Every request was dealt with immediately and without any problems. Laundry service super fast. I can absolutely recommend this resort. You have here the feeling of being at home and not just a guest. Not forgetting the friendly ladies and gentlemen at reception. The memories of India will never fade and I will always carry it in my heart. I will definitely visit this resort again. Best regards from Switzerland :-)

Our experience at ayursoma was incredible. Something that you can’t compare to anything else the accommodations was excellent as well als the staff. Everyone was very welcoming and very friendly. They always fulfilled our wishes. The Ayurveda treatment was amazing. The architecture was mesmerising. We were so amazed as a family that were planning to come every year. You can visit all three places even if you’re staying at Ayursoma you can go to somatheeram and manaltheeram amazing!!! Everything was so clean and the beach is also very close.
