Rooms Kovalam and Trivendrum are very nice .
Near the beach and nearby to Padmanabhan swamy temple. The hotel person was also very helpful .

Very good hospitality and clean room beach is walkable and especially the manager Mr Richie Krishnan was very helpful and kind . At this budget the stay was very good

I had stayed for 1 night in Mar25, I had a wonderful experience. Rooms was big with a balcony and the people from the hotel were really nice.

While we were away someone came to our room and searched our luggage. Also the staff was not friendly

Amazing experience. Beautiful surrounding. Close to the beach. Very peaceful environment. Strongly recommend to those who need a break from their hectic schedule. The manager Richu has been very supportive and helpful. This place is strongly recommended

I stayed in room no. 103. The room had no cross ventilation. We booked two rooms, ac and non ac. Ac room's ac was faulty, so they changed the room in first night and even after changing the other room also didn't work. I asked the owner who stays in hyderabad to refund the amount of ac charges, but he adjusted mere rs. 200. The manager is a very humble and helpful person, who actually takes care of everyone as a good friend.

The hotel is 200 meters from the beach. And a nice stay at a valuable cost. Worth the money paid. Cocoland employees were friendly to approach. Bathroom tubs were needed to maintain well but the rest is okay in stay. Done.

Hotel was good, particular balcony with sitting area was nice, lonely planet hotel food is delicious, hotel is walkable distance to beach. Only problem we faced was with hot water, but that was also provided by hotel management in few mins and they don't have car parking, they suggested to go for paid parking at the end hotel person only paid. So overall it's good experience.
