There was no telephone in the room, which made it difficult to contact room service. Additionally, some amenities mentioned on the page were missing. I also encountered cockroaches and large rats running outside the room. The cleanliness of the bathroom was average as well.

The room was fine, but I faced an issue with mosquitoes, which affected my comfort. I’d recommend better pest control measures to improve the stay for future guests

It is just a walkable distance from the Kozhikode railway station and SM . For the money you are paying the amenities and services are worth

This property location is perfect near to a railway station. So, don't worry... you cannot sleep here. Thank god that here they weren't providing food. And the amenities 🙏... Try to clean the room at least. The smell when entering the room is terrible. And Bonus... No shower, Creepy fan and Dirty windows.

The hotel room was not clean and there were no room service were available the bed sheet are looking very old and in the room there were so bad smell is coming and they are providing tv and water bottle
