The property holds the tradition, pool is awesome, hospitality is great, cape camorine and the restaurant staffs are super good. Front desk team is also good. But I didn't get that wow factor while checkin as the room allotted was not that great, an average 3 star category room with just a kettle in it. There was no brochure or any kind of booklet with details of service provided, food menu, etc. No dental kit, comb etc. it was just a basic room. Restaurant staffs are all polite and well mannered. Pool is well maintained. Overall it was good but I missed the wow factor that I usually feel while staying in a five star property. Twas worth the money I should say as I booked through make my trip. That pricing might be a reason for such a basic room I doubt. Room was old and average but as a whole I loved it. Breakfast is good. As a one word review I could say that, you had all chance to bring that wow factor just by taking care a little bit by providing a decent room with a view, and providing a basic welcome letter with details of the property with pool timings, food menu etc. I didn't get that 'like a king" feeling which I usually get from similar properties, which do not hold the prestige and tradition that taj hotels hold. Anyways it was good, 3/5.
