Friendly staff, no problems, 10 min walk to beach. Would recommend and stay again

The hotel location is kinda good for us. Not too far from beaches we want to go and chill. No lift but OK. Bathroom had a bit unpleasant smell. Staff were good. Thanks for the hospitality. Free schedule shuttle - tuk tuk service to nearby beaches. 7 Eleven, currency exchange, washing machines within proximity. Will definitely consider staying at this establishment again.

For the price we paid, it's seriously value for money. Hope Aspira keep up the good rate

A budget hotel approximately 10 minutes from the beach. The hotel staff in the reception and in the breakfast area are really polite and are always welcoming you and wishing you good morning or good night. The hotel offers towels for the beach and also for the pool area and the hotel is near 7eleven and pharmacy as well as restaurants. The cleaning however was under all criticism. They made the beds and refilled water for us but that was all. The water pressure in the shower is also very poorly. Every time we shower the water disappears and then you need to wait to get more water.

The location was pretty good, if you plan to ride a motorcycle. The beach is about 1km away. In my opinion, items nice than Ao Nang which is always crowded. There is a good restaurant run by an Indian guy, a good massage place and a laundry service place just next to 7/11. The facilities for kids were pretty good (a swimming pool and a small game room) and the gym was small but nice. However, the room was pretty old, and the first night we got a different one from what we had booked- with very little space. In both rooms we had ants. The breakfast was ok-ish but most of the stuff available was more dinner like that breakfast. The staff were pretty ok, but sometimes it was hard to communicate with them in English. Also, I didn’t understand why they had to give you a receipt for just taking pool towels. They did help us contact a motorbike rental shop though- the owner was very nice and helpful.

We had a really really great time at Aspira. The staff were really amazing and kind. The manager spoke great English so it was really easy to communicate. The rooms are big and spacious. However the one they gave us was on the highway and the soundproofing wasn't great. But we did get good sleep probably because we were really tired. They provided us with beach towels of our own when we were going to the beach. The beach is however a long walk (850 m) but they had special offer where they provided free shuttle service to the beach every two hours (no return though). The location is however in middle of what seems like a small village - town, with really great local eateries. You can go to Aonang if you want to have a night life which is 13 km away. You can also hike uphill to another Beach town. The location is ideal for a good time for Klong Muang which we believe was the best beach around the town. Explore the local food places run by women around the way to go to Klong Muang. They are super tasty at an affordable price , cook to order.

The room was smelly.. i book executive room which is 1 king and 1 queen bed. I holiday with my kids.. but the receptionist ask me to add pymnt another 1k bath for 4 my kids per night which is all my kids below 12year old. Or take room with no aircond and pay another 1200bath/ pernight . All my kids is still under age.. why i should separated room. So i pay 2k bath for 2 day and they didnt give extra towel at all. Im so disappointed with this hotel. Not recommend to fmily trip.

Stayed 4 days in the hotel . Not that far from Klong Muang beach . The hotel has a nice pool, gym and other activities . The Service is great 🤩 rooms are clean, bedsheets, towels are clean . From amenities was missing toothbrush , cotton swabs , sleepers 😔 but other great thing was that 7Eleven store was just across the street 😍 you can buy everything you need from there ... P.S the location itself is about 9-10km(15-20min) away from Ao Nang beach.

Overall a complete disappointment. We love the Klong Muang area, but this place just doesn’t worth your money, not least not in our case. The restaurant downstairs is equally worse (e.g. probably owned by the same family) with same terrible attitude of not caring much about the customers. So spend your money elsewhere for better experience!!!
