Villa Cha-Cha Krabi Beachfront Resort recensioner

Detta är första gången vi väljer att bo på Villa chacha i Krabi. Vi kände Villa genom råd online och det är tjänsten bekvämligheter, hård och mjukvara alla är ganska bra. Urval av frukost och färska grönsaker, frukt är väl förberedd. Skulle vilja rekommendera det till folk som planerar en semester i Krabi.

Det var ett utmärkt val! Tre pooler, på stranden, en mycket trevlig restaurang, utmärkta cocktails! Också nära piren så att resa till Phi Phi och andra öar är verkligen enkelt! :)

Detta var en trevlig lugn resort men erbjöd gratis skyttlar till Ao Nang varannan timme. Incheckningen var snabb och smärtfri. Våra rum var klara och vi togs dit ganska snabbt. Familjerummet var rymligt med ett mycket stort badrum. De tillhandahöll vatten, kakor, en strandväska och strand/poolhanddukar på rummet. Rummet gjordes endast om du begärde att det skulle göras. Personalen var ganska hjälpsamma och det fanns turer du kan boka direkt från hotellet. Det fanns tre eller fyra pooler, som var varma och öppna 24/7 och våra barn drog full nytta av några nattliga simturer. Vi åt på restaurangen för de flesta måltider. Det var ett utmärkt och mycket stort urval men servicen var mycket långsam! Sammantaget hade vi en härlig tid och skulle stanna här igen.

Min vistelse på Villa Cha Cha Krabi var helt underbar! Rummen med havsutsikt var en höjdpunkt, med hisnande vyer som gjorde att varje morgon kändes magisk. Rummet var rent, bekvämt och välutrustat och gav allt jag behövde för en avkopplande semester. Personalen var vänlig och uppmärksam, alltid redo att hjälpa till med ett leende. Fastigheten i sig är vacker, med välskötta faciliteter och en lugn atmosfär som perfekt kompletterar de fantastiska omgivningarna. Oavsett om du är här för en fridfull tillflyktsort eller ett äventyr i Krabi, är Villa Cha Cha ett utmärkt val. Jag rekommenderar det starkt och kan inte vänta med att återvända!

För det första är vi mycket besvikna på personalen i receptionen, hon är arrogant personal, när vi bokar 2 vuxna med 6 år gamla barn som redan nämnts. Första 2 natten bodde vi på ett annat hotell med samma skick, vi trivs verkligen och när min familj vill njuta av ytterligare 3 dagar på stranden, så vi har redan bokat detta hotell. När vi kom dit bad hon oss att betala ytterligare 850B (ingen extrasäng) med frukost per natt. När jag förklarade för henne att vi bokat med barn och även redan bott på ett annat hotell och de kommer inte att ta betalt ens de förbereder för oss extrasäng men hon vill inte lyssna och bad oss ​​kontakta vår agent. Inte lätt att kontakta omedelbart så vi bestämde oss för att avboka och vi njuter på Krabi Resort Hotel (Krabi resort har mycket nöje att bo där) även de kommer inte att återbetala våra pengar Men vi bryr oss inte och vi kommer inte att stanna med den typen av attitydpersonal. Aldrig någonsin att boka detta hotell. 🤬

När jag anlände till hotellet fick jag besked om att mitt rum (1 natt) hade avbokats (inte av mig). Jag bad sedan om rumspriser för att boka direkt igen och fick se ett rum som tittade på andra byggnader och blev citerad av den mycket stela chefen i tjänst 1/3 mer än online och fick vänta till 15.30 för att komma in i rummet eftersom det inte var rent så bestämde mig för att gå till ett annat hotell i närheten där jag betalade halva priset för detta hotell med full havsutsikt.

Rummet var mycket ohygieniskt, med gula fläckar på täcket. Badrummet var inte bara svagt upplyst utan också ohygieniskt. Attityden i receptionen var ovänlig När jag först ringde för att fråga om det fanns en upphämtningstjänst var deras ton mycket dålig. Priset för att hyra en motorcykel var också dyrare än det i Ao Nang. Ett komplett fotobedrägeri! Det värsta och dyraste hotellet jag någonsin bott i Krabi, med extremt låg kostnadsprestanda!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Cha-Cha Krabi Beachfront Resort for 5 days and 4 nights, booking through Trip.com. Our family of six, including two adults and four children, found the family room spacious and comfortable, perfectly accommodating our needs. The room was cozy, providing a serene retreat after our daily adventures. The resort’s staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a warm smile. We particularly appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to Ao Nang Beach, operating every two hours starting at noon, which made exploring the area convenient. While the beachfront location offered stunning views, it’s worth noting that the beach itself isn’t ideal for swimming due to its rocky nature. However, the multiple swimming pools on-site more than made up for this, providing ample opportunities for relaxation and play. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, ensuring a satisfying start to each day. The tranquil and calming atmosphere of the resort made our stay truly rejuvenating. Although it may not boast a five-star rating, the quality of service and amenities provided a delightful experience. We’re already looking forward to our next visit to Villa Cha-Cha Krabi Beachfront Resort. Thank you for the surprise birthday cake too! 🥰

The resort was so laid back and awesome….good place to take a chill after spending a whole day in busy Ao nang street. Location was so easy and very nearby all the important places.

Sorry this hotel should be name Villa No No & not Villa Cha Cha. Me & my business partner booked this hotel because we are meeting our Supplier for an urgent meeting & he was taking a vocation with his family in this hotel. So out of convenance so we thought to stay at the same hotel for 3 days 2 nights & as the website said is a 4 star hotel then we booked & paid for the stay at Trip.com. We arrived around 9 pm last Wednesday night & immediately after checking in I asked the reception lady that I need to book a Taxi for Thursday afternoon as I want to the local post office to post a parcel for my sister who lives in North Eastern part of Thailand. She said "No" cannot they do not have this service !!! She demanded that I should take the Shuttle Bus I said I don't want to as I cannot walk well & with 8kg of items to take to the post office that I do not where it is I want pay for a Taxi as a return trip - She said " No " order Grab - I don't have Grab account so how can I order Grab ??? Luckily my supplier has a car & he said I know where it is I can drive you there tomorrow no problems. Then I ask for Iron & Iron Board - she said we can send u an iron (to be honest i never seen such a small iron that has no steam function for 30 years) but " No " Iron Board !!! So I asked her how can I iron my clothes for tomorrow ??? She said u can " Buyer You Own Iron Board " I was shock to hear a reply like this ................ Another issue is we know how hot Krabi was when we are to arrive there so my supplier who is already staying there ask them to turn the Aircon on 1 hour before we arrive & or course they never did. The room was very hot all night I cannot cover myself to sleep because it will be too hot. Next morning Breakfast was another unbelievable incident, the offering in breakfasts were so poor & bad you can see the Hotel is trying to cut cost massively. Actually the Breakfasts was an add on cost to the room rate & that made it worst. Anything that is remotely decent are at extra cost, so I ended up paying extra for breakfasts for food that are eatable including ice coffee. In the Afternoon when I had spare time I went to a so call SPA of the Hotel & it was nothing but a beach hut totally open air with 4 mattress & one massage bed - not partition & everyone can see you during your message !!! Also the ladies who performed the message are definitely not professionals & the experience was not good. When I return to my room in the afternoon I saw the cleanliness of the room was not up to scratch after it had been clean as wash basin some of my tooth paste left in the basin was never clean. Also the food I ordered in the afternoon were the worst Thai Food I ever eaten in my life including inside & outside of Thailand ................. & it cost me over 600 baht for only have 3 rotten prawns in the fried rice & Thai coconut chicken soup that I can even cook better then their restaurant. Checking out time my business partner told me his room the water heater was broken before he checked in & was never fixed either. He gave up on the breakfasts in this hotel after looking at it on day one & never bother eating even we paid extra for it. On arrival we asked to book the hotel car to Krabi airport & guest what "No" it was not booked at all for 10 am. They finally got us a "Taxi" (and I thought we cannot book Taxi ???) to go to the Airport. Honestly this Hotel can only be a 2 Star to bother line 3 Star hotel & saying it is a 4 Star Hotel is totally misleading - Hotel Reception & Restaurant Staffs are rude & totally Unprofessional. Food are expensive consider the cheap food quality. Deco of the hotel & rooms are cheap & bad taste that resemble more of a Back Packer's Hostel then of a Proper Hotel.

This hotel is in a good location, and it's right on the beach. But if you're trying to go to the area with all the bars, restaurants, shops and cafes, you can't really walk. You'll need to rent a motorbike (which you can do right at the hotel - warning to those who haven't rented motorbikes in Asia in the past, you should have experience as many foreigners get injured on these every day) or get a taxi. The hotel rooms aren't spectacular. The rooms are pretty outdated. You'd want to stay at this hotel for the pool, or the allure of the beach. The beach isn't really for swimming (I didn't see one person swimming there my entire stay). On the same trip to Krabi, I stayed at a cheaper hotel that wasn't on the beach and had nicer rooms. Keep that in mind.

Thank you for the effort to decorate the room and make a surprise to us.. the room and hotel are clean.. the staff there are nice and helpful too.. is about 15 mins to Ao Nang and can rent bike or take the free shuttle from the hotel is very convenient and easy.. if I go Krabi again will definitely stay there ❤️

This resort boasts an excellent location with a fantastic view, making it a great choice for a scenic getaway. However, the breakfast was disappointing, and the staff's hospitality was merely average. While the resort has a lot of potential, improving service and amenities would significantly enhance the overall experience.
