房間實際比圖片要新 各種細節很好 尤其是燈光 掛東西的架子很多 空調給力 每一層走廊有免費飲水機 很環保 淋浴、廁所和洗手枱三分離互補影響 熱水壓力很足定的直通泳池房 露台上的沙發很加分 早餐是美式和泰式結合 每天會有一些變化 品種不多但足夠吃 咖啡很濃郁 可以問吧枱要冰塊自己做冰美式 我每天要喝兩杯+ 泳池每天傍晚有猴子造訪 注意關門和收好東西 我們覺得看猴子跳水也是樂趣無窮 但不要投喂哦～

We had an excellent room, spacious with a comfortable bed, powerful air conditioning and a strong shower. The staff were good on check in and they did have bag storage facilities. We didn't enjoy the food if I'm honest but did enjoy the room here. It's located a 5 minute walk from the pier when you dock.

We are currently here on our third day of 5. Checked in on the 30th December for our anniversary. POSITIVES: We really like the hotel. Its location is about a 5min walk from the east pier. Our room is on the second floor of the left building so our balcony doesn’t get the mid day sun which we prefer. The room is big and cozy. The bed is comfy and massive (could fit 3 people). The toiletries smell lovely. The aircon works great and is quiet. You can watch Netflix on the TV and they have a water filling station on every floor which is a big bonus. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. And the breakfast is decent. We liked having cocktails at the front area. NEGATIVE: While the facilities are great, our experience was ruined on our first day by the lady at reception. When we arrived there were 2 American girls checking in before us so we waited for them to finish. Then she asked the girls to wait outside as we are all going to the same building anyway. But when they stepped outside she was in panic mode and was rushing us with our passports because she didn’t want the other girls to wait long. Did not give us the run down except for breakfast time and password and did not warn us about the monkeys. We heard it from other people. As there are no lifts, we carried our big luggage to the second floor because there were no male staff to help. That same evening I went down and kindly asked if there are any activities in the hotel or around the island for New Year the next day (fireworks etc). She looked at me with an expression like I was being such a big bother and inconvenience and kept looking back at her phone while I spoke to her. She said no there aren’t any fireworks or activities around the island. So I asked again in case she didn’t understand. Then she says just go around and there will be things happening. Fair enough but thought reception should be able to give helpful advice? We eventually found out from the other hotel we booked that there is indeed fireworks display on the west side of the island. So I then asked if there is an emergency number for out of hours in case of emergencies since reception closes at 11:00. She replied with “no nothing has ever happened here” in a very dismissive tone waving me away. I told her I have a heart condition so I just need to know where to call if anything happens. I had a big heart attack on holiday in the past and almost died. She then picked up the list of operating hours of the hotel on the table and told me to photograph it like she didn’t hear what I said. I asked her who do I call if reception is closed and she said my boss is here because he lives here. I told her how do I get in touch if there were any problems and she said I just need to stand outside reception which does not make any sense. Then I said how will your boss know someone is standing there? She dismissed me again by saying call 191 the police. We ended up asking the other hotel we are moving to and got the number for a 24
