Amazing hotel grounds and the room was also amazing. The staff were polite and I was happy with everything. We walked into the main street for food and dinner which was a short walk and we were happy to do so during our stay. I also signed up to Muay Thai boxing and that was great. Definitely worked up a sweat. The hotel also offered a free trip to Railay beach which was really lovely to have.

Beautiful place

This place is very nice, got free upgrade to premium villa. Breakfast is very good, but very slowly refilled. Fresh juice never refilled if finished. Food in restaurant is good but they don’t clean shrimps properly, every time. I liked this place, the staff is nice. We used free shuttle to Ao Nang once. The other day I asked for taxi to Ao Nang. They said it is 300 THB for tuk tuk, while in Bolt taxi you can get a nice normal car for 122 THB.

It was a beautiful hotel in a nature setting. Nice surprise was - free shuttle to Railay beach and eco-friendliness of the hotel. Also, good breakfast and lots of activities throughout the day. In the morning, we got luck to get a 1 hr yoga session from trainer Tah. Loved it!

Quiet area, everything was good during my stay. However, as a returning guest who has visited more than five times, it would be great if the staff recognized returning guests. A little acknowledgment would go a long way in making the experience even more special.

Lovely experience at Venice Krabi Villa Resort. We loved the pool and we liked that we could book tours directly from the hotel, which was well priced. There were transport provided as well. The staff were friendly and attentive at all times. Would return!

They do offer a daily shuttle service to Ao Nang, which helps mitigate the distance. **Overall:** Overall, it is a valid choice for accommodation in Krabi. The hotel is well-maintained and has a charming ambiance. The value for money is good, considering the amenities and location.

So happy with all the things in the hotel. Only the water temperature is unstable while showering, set the hot one then suddenly change to the cold one. Thank you for the HK and FO dept to prepare the amenities for us. love it.

One of the best place for honeymoon. The facilities & view of the resort are out of this world. Food also great! The uniqueness of the concept makes it more standbout among other resort. Definitely will come back in future.

Im impressed by the hotel decorations, interior &exterior style. It’s a mix between traditional thai & modern. The room was clean. The view was amazing. We will come back again!

So..when you first arrive, you can feel the unhappiness in the lobby just oozing off of all the clients. It basically feels like they're just damage controlling every day. Rooms aren't ready when guests arrive, they must wait, the pool doesn't have enough pool chairs for guests, amenities are not the best BUT once you get in your room, everything is pretty amazing. The room is so nice, everything as expected. Don't depend on the hotel to give you a great experience with only what it offers because you'll be miserable. However, the concierge is very good at helping with local things. You can rent a motorbike for super cheap to get to the key areas in Krabi and AoNang, OR they can call you a "tuk tuk" for 200 Bhat one way which I felt was a deal. Make sure you talk to your tuk tuk about a pickup time too because they'll still only charge 200 to take you back whereas if you get one by yourself in the area it's about 500. They have two shuttles in the mornings to take you to the beach, but they were already full, much to my annoyance (why is there not enough room for all guests to shuttle? Get more shuttles?) However I spent my first day taking full advantage of the room, sleeping most of the day, ordering room service etc, and went out to a beach club that evening for the 200 Bhat price. Next day I went scuba diving (planned and paid for the previous day) with an outside company And I liked the breakfast! Simply for the fact that they made home made, hot, fluffy waffles. No alcohol at hotel but 7-11 within walking distance, it's a HOT walk mid-day though. They sell alcohol but only between certain hours of the day (5:00-late night is one of these times.) If you order a juice or anything at the hotel be sure to order many and keep them in the fridge or something as they take a long time to arrive.
