We stayed in the bungalow and it was so spacious and cosy. Staff are really friendly and it’s very close to the pier.

A bit tired but a beautiful location the sun disappeared around pool mid afternoon because of limestone cliff Starf helpful as are all thai people

Very helpful staffs and beautiful environment. Calm and private. I’ll definitely recommend to others. Though some facilitates in the bathroom need to be updated. Overall experience is absolutely great.

The bathroom was not clean The receptionist was very unfriendly The towels didn't smell freshly It was cheaper to book trip.com than at the resort

Not worth the cost. The bathroom had a huge family of black worms on the floor, the pressure of the shower was awful, wifi was almost never working, the fan was dirty, during the night there was a very loud noise near my room that woke me up every time, they were burning something inside the hotel and therefore there was smoke and smell every time I walked up or down to my room, I could hear when people in the bungalow next to me where in the bathroom and in general terms the room was not in good conditions (paint, mattresses etc..) don’t recommend it at all.

The location was good, but the rooms are not nice to be there in holidays because they look very old and in the bathroom is everything together so that’s means when you have a shower all around is full of water. The breakfast is so so. The service in the reception depends on the day but the guy was very nice, he helped us to bring our luggage to the pier.

The hotel was lovely! The rooms are like cute little huts. There is a nice little swimming pool and only a short work to beaches on either side of the island. I would definitely recommend to a friend and stay here again. Not all rooms have air conditioning, so if this is necessary for you, check your booking beforehand.

All around decent place. Some features of the room were a bit dated and needed some updating, but overall it was a good experience. It’s a bit far from the beaches, but still only a ten minute walk or so. The staff were very friendly.

Pool is great so good to relax in the morning. Location is not that bad, need to walk a little further from the sunset beach!

Average, It did the job, pillows could do with changing as smelt of sweat. Also our room could of done with a deep clean.

I was very disappointed with this resort. I have been to this area a number of times in the past and have an idea of what to expect in terms of resort quality and service. The staff were not friendly, the breakfast was not good and when I complained that my room stank, the staff were not interested in helping. Turns out the reason my room was smelling was because there was something dead in our roof and maggots then dropped into our room. When I complained the manager said they’ll come clean, but I can’t change rooms. Only when the handy man came and saw the problem did he suggest we get a new room. When we were leaving I asked the staff to help with the luggage, as we had a number of suitcases. They refused to help. On over 30 trips to Thailand, I’ve never had such poor service.
