Railay Princess Resort & Spa recensioner

Bokade en natt och bytte sedan till ett annat hotell. Anledningen är främst att rummet är ganska gammalt, kudden mycket hård, badrummet är illaluktande och gör hela rummet illaluktande. Servicen var mycket bra, takpoolen är cool men med det här priset skulle jag välja andra alternativ. Jag hittade Avatar hotel som ligger bara 3 minuters promenad bort och bestämmer mig för att stanna där resten av min semester. Samma pris mycket bättre.

Very cool. We got welcome drinks which was good and refreshing. But didn’t check in before 2 pm because of so rush season. Have good breakfast but night service over phone not up to the mark. But I left my phone charger in the room but from hotel management send it to Bangkok which was really appreciable. I should mention the location was totally perfect spot because no need to walk from ferry place. Recommended.

Amazing hotel-so comfy and the pool is wonderful! The breakfast was delicious. A fantastic location too.

Great Experience Overall Our stay at the hotel exceeded our expectations. The facilities were excellent, the staff very kind, and everything was very clean. During our stay, we stayed in two different rooms. The first room was a bit older, with the only issue being a strong odor coming from the bathroom drains. Aside from that, the room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The second room we stayed in was much newer, with an excellent bathroom and very good, comfortable facilities overall. The only drawback in this room was the pillows, which were not very comfortable. The hotel's location is very good. Although it faces the less pleasant side of the beach (Railay East), overlooking a mangrove, it is directly in front of the floating pier, the main arrival point for the beach. It also has a back exit that leads almost directly to the small town center and is just a few minutes' walk to Railay West, the more beautiful side of the beach. Overall, the cost-benefit is definitely worth it.

Superb location. Just reach Railay pier and walk 2 mins . And also wide room and bed size. i will back to stay there again for sure.

Amazing accomodation, clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff were accommodating and lovely. Would definitely recommend staying here! Lots of cute cats around too!

Read some worrying reviews before arrival but so happy that those travellers did not have the same experience as me. Mine was great. Welcome from the staff - I arrived very early and my room was not ready but they took my bags - I could have used the swimming pool etc but instead had a drink then a massage to kill time. The location was excellent for me as the hotel is right next to the East Railay Floating Pier which was good for arrival and departure. Two pools to choose from. Maybe a bit more shade needed for the pool facing the sea but apart from that, pool service was great, spa services good - more expensive than on Walking Street but a completely different experience - lovey clean massage rooms and fruit and tea before and after treatment. Did not get any smells which other reviews noted - maybe very lucky or the hotel has sorted everything. Would definitely stay again.

Good hotel on Railay. Last time was here two years ago. Breakfasts have become much better, big choice. Walk to the beach about 10 minutes along the path along beautiful cliffs. . Room cleaning is good. I recommend.

Very easy to get to once you work out how! Was busy, but to be expected over Christmas period. Did mean one of the pools was temporarily closed as they were setting up for an event on Christmas Eve. Breakfast had good variety.

The hotel is very good. All the staff was very polite and friendly. The room I stayed was spacious. There were many kinds of food, and more importantly, they were YUMMY !!!

Practical location if you are going to use the Railay East pier for in and out. Beautiful pools. Breakfast could be better and service is very slow

We had a great stay . The swimming pools are great !! Lovely staff !! This was my second stay and I’ll come again
