Nice location, attentive staffs, good apartments with fully equipped kitchen. Only there is no elevator so need to climb the stairs with luggage.

The room is clean and spacious. Can accommodate up to 6 ppl. The price is reasonable. Walking distance to the main town.

Nice place to stay as it is close to Krakow Glowny Station. However, there are no lights in the hallway which makes it creepy and hard to get up the stairs at night. Wifi can be quite iffy at times as with other areas in Krakow. Bed and service is great though.

Excellent place! The staff was really helpful and polite. Location is very convenient. I would recommend this place anytime.

空間大， 很舒服，乾淨， 廚房很大，可以煮飯 ，餐具什麼的都有 ，還有送耳塞 很貼心！ 前台服務很好 人很友善 ， 要走樓梯，不過就三層，拿行李可能會有點不方便。 離老城區很近，附近有很多吃的 但是去機場就要乘巴士

這個公寓真的很不錯，適合2-4人一起預訂。有廚房，可以自己做飯，整體房間整潔乾淨，還有空調，非常舒適。但是在比較舊的居民樓裏，也沒有電梯，但不要被嚇到，房間非常整潔舒適。

Прекрасная квартира со всем необходимым! Есть стиральная машина. 5 мин до Краковских Плантов и Старого миста., 1 мин к "Жабке". Спасибо, вернемся

乾淨衞生，衹是房間佈局有點奇怪

A very quiet and comfortable place to stay in the heart of old town. It is a very convenient place a few steps away from the main train station. A sofa bed/ double bed was very comfortable to sleep. A receptionist was very friendly and stayed until very late arrival and check in 2am. Everything was great. Highly recommended place to stay!

Arrived with my mum and daughter and luckily we were just on the first floor as there is no lift. Room was overlooking the front street, nice bright and clean. The girl from the desk took us to our room and gave us a map of the city. The only thing we couldn't find was the safe, we went straight out and forgot to ask as we just carried our passports with us and actually found it on the last day behind the bin under the sink, as they do ask you to empty your bins on departure. Beds were very low and the mezzanine bed was certainly only suitable for my daughter to clime the stairs and sleep up there. Perfect location for a short stroll to the street where you can catch a tram and a bit further stroll to the main square. The train station and shopping mall is only a few minutes away at the top of the street. We did Schindlers Factory, Auschwitz-Birkenau as our main trips, but will be back to do the Salt Mines but thought it was too much walking and steps for my mum to do. Had amazing food and cocktails and drinks the whole trip, will definitely be back.

Fabulous apartment 3 minutes from the train station and old town. Really helpful staff both before by email and on arrival. Apartment was well appointed, comfortable and spacious. Very reasonably priced.
