Hotel Nowa Panorama

We visited Hotel Panorama for one night. We took a room with breakfast. There were comparable or cheaper options in Cracow but knowking how busy and loud the city center is during the weekend we looked for smth a bit off Old Town hoping for more quiet stay.. Unfortunately acoustic isolation in the hotel is practically non existent, and we were unlucky enough to be woken up few times by some partying ladies from a room down the corridor. The breakfast was ok for the price (in an option where it’s included in the price of the room - if it was paid separately it would be below expectations for the price). The plus was a very comfortable mattress. Room was also very clean, so was the bathroom, though water pressure in the shower was quite low, unless you like cold showers. Overally - as in the title. The price is a bit higher than other options but it doesn’t come with a quality upgrade. Staff though was very friendly and helpful.

We booked this hotel going by the pics of the room, etc. we dont pay much attention to the negative reviews as you always get them, we arrived 3 stars above the door, receptionist friendly asked where the bar was and was told no bar alcohol free hotel, mmm first negative thought. Room clean but very dated, quite poor actually, thought lift was wierd, like a gate that's moves from side to side, found out later hotel is part residential, hence the metal frame in lift. Asked receptionist where nearest shop was n told 20 minutes to supermarket, went for a walk to get our bearings. Not a lot around other than busy junction hotel just off. Caught the tram into centre to goto main square as Christmas market on, lovely city n main square is gorgeous, market excellent. Went back to hotel which was a 25-minute ride on the tram 18 about 10 stops away. Room was freezing in the night, granddaughter woke up the next morning moaning and wanting to go home. We decided to look for a better hotel and nearer centre of city, which we did. So to sum it up, hotel is never 3 stars more like a 1, on the outskirts of the city far from centre. No bar (we like to chill after a day out on returning to hotel and have a couple of drinks before going to bed), no restaurant just a small area in reception. You get what you pay for is our motto.

My recent stay at Hotel Panorama, which claims to be a three-star establishment, was profoundly disappointing. The most troubling issue was the pervasive sewer odor throughout the room, compounded by a complete lack of ventilation in the bathroom. This created not only an uncomfortable environment but also raised serious health concerns. The room's layout, seemingly converted from a regular apartment, resulted in a lack of privacy and soundproofing. A mere wooden board was all that separated the bathroom from the corridor, making it impossible to ignore the sounds and activities of neighboring guests. The condition of the bedding was lamentable, with an old, uncomfortable mattress and clear signs of neglect under the bed. This level of upkeep is unacceptable for any hospitality establishment, let alone one claiming three stars. A critical safety concern was the electrical socket's placement – it was inappropriately affixed to a shelf directly above the work area, forcing me to boil water precariously above my head. Such an arrangement is not only inconvenient but also poses a significant risk. Furthermore, the additional charge for a vegan breakfast, which was below par and reused from the previous day, leading to sour food, was surprising and disappointing. The regular breakfast options like over-salted, oddly sweetened scrambled eggs were equally subpar. The amenities promised, such as TV and Wi-Fi, were inadequate. The tiny TV placed high near the ceiling and the weak Wi-Fi signal demonstrated a lack of regard for guest comfort and convenience. In summary, my experience at Hotel Panorama fell short of the basic standards expected of a three-star hotel, from room comfort to safety, cleanliness, and food quality. This stay was a letdown, and I hope my feedback encourages significant improvements

Everything was excellent ! Staff, price, location, quality od service. One "minus" : heaters are at high level and it's too hot in the room :-) Good 3 stars quality. And receptionist Anna was the best. Breakfasts are also 5/5. I will back during next stay in Krakow.

They are cheating a lot: we booked the room by web but in fact they gave us a very bad room, not clean and very very cold. Very bad service and the receptionist (her name is Anna) is a very bad person, when we arrived she shouted and did wrong faktura. Never ever book this hotel, even they don't have anything in the bath: toothpaste, brush, slippers and towels are dirty (unbearable smell), shampoon, soap etc.
