Excellent location, 5 minutes from Christmas markets. We stayed in number 26, room small but very clean & functional. Kitchenette area which was very handy. Bed very comfortable, TV in room but limited on English channels but we were not here to watch Tv so didn’t bother us. As mentioned shower snug but again clean & very good water pressure. Towels , toiletries and plenty of toilet roll provided. Staff very friendly & helpful, there is not staff in the building 24 hrs but there are telephone numbers available to call if you have an issue. Building very secure with lots of security Camara’s. Only negative was the stairs & no lift, but this certainly got us fitter after climbing them. Would definitely stay again.

Very helpful staff! They let us check in early after outs long train / bus ride. Offered us a vase for flowers and offered to help with luggages. Our apartment was on the top floor (no elevator). Modern apartment, spacious, view from the roof windows was lovely!

Me and my partner stayed here for our 3 night stay in Krakow, more of an apartment complex than a hotel. Our room was lovely, good size and had everything we needed. Only downside was being top floor with no lift, it was a lot back up and down when already doing a lot of walking throughout the day. The location is perfect, away from the noise but close to everything. Reception were available 24 hours and very helpful. Would stay again but would maybe request not to be on the top floor.

Quite disappointed in how the apartment turned out for us as we were really looking forward to it. The positives are that the room looked beautiful. We were lucky enough to get the top floor with some loft windows which we could look out of to see the top of the buildings on the main square. The heating was very efficient and when it got too hot, we just opened the windows and it quickly cooled down. The shower was also very warm which was nice, and the pressure of it was good. The staff were very friendly when we saw them to check out and the block was kept very clean. I don’t think we slept very much at all over the 3 nights we were there! The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and solid. We had 1 pillow each, but they were as flat as the bottom sheets and no opportunity for us to grab another pair. I never noticed how much a head board made a difference either, we could have done with one of those to actually sit in the bed and chill scrolling through photos. We felt as though we couldn’t relax in the room at all. It must have been our bad timing, but the road was being dug up right outside the apartments, which meant a very loud wake up call at 6.30AM every morning!!! They never started any later than that time. I appreciate that’s not the apartment buildings fault, but it looks as though the work had started well before we were due to arrive. We would have appreciated being pre-warned about this and given the option to cancel the booking so that we could go somewhere else. But disappointed but wouldn’t recommend unless you want a sore back, stiff neck and no sleep.

The room was nice and modern, good kitchenette, not that we used it. Everyhitng provided in the kitchen, including a fridge, washing up liquid, sponge and a small hob. Modern bathroom. Clean room. To check in we were sent a code to enter the buliding and instructions on how to obtain the key. Behind the bed it sounded like there was fridge that was super noisy every half hour. The building is large, we had a -1 appartment so we were underground. We could hear people entering the bulding late into the evening, the floor sounded like a gym hall so was quite squeaky. I contacted the appartments before our stay asking if there was any shampoo, conditioner or shower gel. I was informed all provided other than conditioner. There was 100ml of a 2 in 1 shampoo and shower gel for us both to use for the three days. If i was the appartment i wouldn't say this is enough, so i wouldn't tell a guest that enough would be provided for our stay. We has one window in the room, it looked onto the floor of the street, totally fine. But the curtain is not big enoughto cover the window completely. This was a bit uneasy as people would be able to see us asleep in bed. A bigger curtain is needed If I was to stay again the noise behidn the bed and a bigger curtain would be needed. I did feel the room was value for money, good locaiton and nice and clean. Yes i would come back.

We stayed here just have a Christmas a family if 5. The apartment isn’t huge but certainly big enough. Was very clean and and situated perfectly. Would stay here again for short stay. Also was left a bottle of wine and card as it was my birthday and thought that was a lovely gesture
