Mini break in Krakow .. 1st time here so was not familiar with the area . The hotel is situated just over the bridge next to the Jewish quarter . Hotel basic but comfortable , very clean and helpful staff on the front desk . It’s around a 30 min walk to the old town / square . Plenty of traditional polish food eateries within a short walking distance for main meals and breakfast. In the whole very good for a travel choice hotel that’s easy on the budget . Hotel get discounted taxi for you so make sure to ask as otherwise it can be much more expensive to get to/ from destinations including the salt mine

We stayed while on a city break. We didn't do breakfast as lots of places close by to choose from. The hotel is on a nice little square, that had a market on the Saturday when we were there. The hotel is about 30 minutes walk from the old town, but it's a nice walk. Close to hero's square. If you dont want to walk there are tram stops outside hotel or taxi's which cost about 25 zloty. The rooms are big and comfortable but a bit tired in places. We stayed in room 206 at the front of the hotel. There is noise from the trams from early morning till late at night. But we were that tired from all the sight seeing we soon fell asleep. The staff are really friendly and helpful, nothing was to much trouble for them. All in a nice hotel to make your base.

We really couldn’t ask for a better hotel, For us the location was fantastic 30 minutes walk to the old town and literally just over 5 to the jewish quarter. The room was fantastic and the service was great at breakfast and on reception, everyone was very friendly and polite. We used the taxi service both to and from the airport which made it very easy. We would definitely stay again!

Just returned from 3 nights stay at this lovely hotel. Our room 302 was spotlessly clean with a balcony overlooking the back of a beautiful church. Situated about 30 minutes walk from the main square but plenty of quaint, quirky bars and coffee shops on the route. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the reception appeared to be covered 24 hours. Breakfast was excellent. Only place we have been where Prosecco is offered and included with breakfast! We didn’t partake but it was a nice touch. The hotel will organise taxis for you and even day trips. Will definitely return.

Just got back from a 4 night trip, it’s a very well run hotel with really helpful staff and a very good selection for breakfast. It’s in a great location in the old quarter, highly recommended a stay. Lots of very good restaurants only a short walk away.

The location of the hotel near a tram stop is great. The hotel is excellent…great breakfast, very comfortable rooms but the best part is how helpful all the staff are…during our stay we needed to book trips and find other information….they could not have been more helpful

Fantastic little hotel, modern, clean and very comfortable. We had room 307 overlooking the square and tram stop. Only had breakfast once which was great good selection of food and drinks. The Bar was nice not expensive. Plenty of places to eat and drink locally. Easy and very cheap trams to get everywhere especially the Main square/Christmas markets. It's walkable but a good 20 - 25 mins. Kamierez district is just over the river from the hotel. Very pleasant and helpful staff. No complaints at all. A shout out to Magda on reception very helpful young Lady. Helped us sort out 24hr tram tickets and other information. Would highly reccomend this hotel 10/10
