Solid 5 out of 5. Little gem in quite green residential area but completely central. Spotless clean unit fully equipped with all necessities. Electrical blinds for privacy and lovely green patio with table and 2 chairs. I would like to comment on Service Desk employees Maria and Mikiolay for their polite and professional courtesy and outstanding efforts to fulfil our requests. A great place to stay, short walk to the old town, very quiet and comfortable with friendly staff. Fantastic apartment in a quiet complex of buildings. Modern, stylish and comfortable with plenty of space and amenities. The real bonus is having a brewery/bar/restaurant onsite. Very minor issues but we couldn't work the aircon so opened windows to cool the apartment initially, despite being February the temperature was mild. One night we were woken by people on the next balcony but they were quiet after I spoke to them.

We've stayed here for 4 days and were very pleasantly surprised. The appartment was spatious and clean, with big terrace and everything we needed. Dishwasher was a big plus and I liked a Nespresso machine for morning coffee too. Location is superb (5 min. walking to old town, 2 min. to shopping mall and only 20 steps to the brewery with tasty craft beer and delicious food/snacks). Free underground parking is included and elevator takes you directly to your room. I would recommend it to anybody who needs a quiet place to sleep and a walking distance to nightlife.

We stayed 5 nights in 1 Bedroom Superior Apartament with Balcony. Our impression of Browar Lubicz Aparthotel is far from being luxurious …..filthy couch and bed mattress , bathroom and bedroom door coming off the hinge, outside balcony door handle missing, cupboard door to the washing machine grinding on the floor, broken wooden grate, used bag of ice left in the freezer. Will I stay again in this place ….. NO.

My daughter and I loved our weekend break at this lovely, friendly, modern, clean hotel. 5 minutes walk to the Old Town, railway station, shopping mall, wonderful restaurants and bars yet very quiet! Our room was a decent size with a relaxing terrace, comfortable bed, strong wifi, excellent tea and coffee. Wouldn't hesitate recommending to our family and friends.

Mieszkanie jest przestronne, dobrze wyposażone (pralka, zmywarka, żelazko, klimatyzacja). Wszystkie sprzęty sprawne, bardzo ułatwiły nam pobyt. Cicha okolica. Dobra lokalizacja, blisko rynku, ale tę najkrótszą trasę (przez ul. Lubicz) ciężko jest pokonać wózkiem - po drodze jest sporo schodów. Alternatywą jest przejście kawałek dalej na drugą stronę ulicy, ale tam czeka nas długi chodnik wyłożony bardzo nierówno drobną kostką brukową, a potem schody z bardzo stromą rampą. Żeby bezproblemowo przejść z wózkiem, trzeba pójść trochę na około, przez ul. Mikołaja Kopernika. Podłoga wygląda jakby w przeszłości mieszkanie było zalane lub panuje tam bardzo wysoka wilgoć. Jest spuchnięta i nierówna. Nie polecam na pobyt z małym raczkującym dzieckiem, bo może zrobić sobie krzywdę. Drzwi do sypialni są spuchnięte i się nie domykają. W łazience śmierdzi z kanalizy. Materac jest strasznie miękki, jakby był z waty. Ciężko było się na nim wyspać. Do tego rama łóżka chyba sporo przeszła, bo wydawała straszne dźwięki przy każdym ruchu. Taras jest zaniedbany, nie zachęca do spędzania na nim czasu. Do tego jest się na widoku wszystkich mieszkańców budynku jak i każdego kto do niego wchodzi, bo jest zaraz obok przeszklonego wejścia. Ogólnie w mieszkaniu było czysto, ale podkład ochronny na materac był bardzo brudny, a stół w kuchni strasznie się kleił.
