thank you so much for our stay at your place....you are exceptionally friendly and helpful. room basic but spotless and with added things we found helpful and needed for our stay, kettle, cutlery, and wine corkscrew....allowing us to have cheese and wine at night in our room. breakfast great and hosts very friendly, helpful and suggestive for places to visit....recommend for affordable basic spotless accomadation. hope to return, thank you for our stay....

Very nice small hotel in one of the best locations in Krakow, in jewish part of town. Very clean rooms. Nice staff. Breakfast could be more intersting, but is OK. Walking distance to everything, except Auschwits and salt mines in Wieliczka (and some more). Do not expect five star level. It is not top class, but if you are interested in a nice place to sleep, clean toilet and shower, this is it.

We spent three nights here and this was a disappointing stay. It was extremely noisy at night. The room that we were given faced the street despite our asking for a quiet room when we booked. Apart from two narrow tall windows, there is no other source of ventilation. We had to open the windows as it was hot. Unfortunately, there are many bars/restaurants and every night we were subjected to drunks shouting, singing, music and also fighting on the street below the hotel. The nearest bar was only a few doors away and seemed to be a magnet for the badly behaved. This went on till early morning, usually about 3.00am. The street is blocked off to traffic at one end and is therefore used as a rat-run for people on foot leaving the socialising area. The disturbance is continuous; had it been in short bursts with long periods of quiet in between it would have been bearable. Sleepless 3 nights! Not happy at all! The front desk staff (present only from 8am - 10pm) and we were locked out of the hotel twice as the card entry was temperamental and the door extremely heavy to open. We were rescued by another guest leaving and on the second occasion by the receptionist arriving early. We asked to change rooms due to the noise. The body language displayed during the reply that none other rooms were available suggested that they simply could not be bothered. It was certainly not a case of their having to clean the room – ours never was (see next paragraph) The room and bathroom were basic but did not look clean. The room and bathroom were not cleaned during the stay and the waste bin never emptied. Pillows were not up to standard - too soft and collapsed and flattened out! The WIFI was weak and was switched off one night. The breakfast buffet was simple but good with a respectable range of food. On the plus side – the hotel is in a great location with many sites and the old town within a short walking distance. If you don’t need to sleep during your stay the hotel represents good value.

Nice and cozy hotel in the city center of Krakow. Located quite close to main sightseeing of Krakow, Tasty breakfast and welcoming staff. But pay attention if you are on a wheelchair or with a baby stroller. Despite the elevator in the hotel there are also stairs. So the hotel is not suitable for those who have problems with mobility. For others - welcome, this is a great choice.

Basic but for the price we were so happy. Rooms very clean, beds comfortable, shower powerful and hot. We stayed in the twin room off the courtyard 4 nights and it was very quiet. Good amenities in room, only missed a TV but it was a budget room so understandable. Despite being budget they had thought about everything else and there was ironing board, hairdryer, tea coffee facilities etc. The lady on reception was so kind and helpful! The location is brilliant. Round the corner from the hub of the Jewish district and easy walking distance (literally a straight line) to the old town 15 mins. There is a 24hr carrefour on the same street which is handy. Pleasantly surprised and would book again!

Niente di che non rifanno nemmeno la camera Da evitare in quattro giorni non sono mai passati Un caffè pessimo a tre euro Comodo solo logisticamente come molti altri. Segnalo che gli infissi seppur nuovi non isolano dal freddo Albergo in cui non ritornare

Il residence si trova in una zona strategica. Bellissimo quartiere di kazimiertz che offre locali bellissimi, da ristoranti a pub e mercati diurni. Davvero comodo per raggiungere anche la old town. Alcune piccole osservazioni: 1. Non scrivete che c’è aria condizionata (esiste nella reception e non nelle camere); 2. In 5 giorni mai rifatte coperte, portato carta igienica ecc… quindi non è un residence ma un B&B semmai…però senza cucina e frigorifero. Per il resto mi sono trovato benissimo ed alla reception sono gentilissimi! Ci hanno trovato un taxista onestissimo per Auschwitz e pure persona simpatica e gentile. Giudizio nel complesso valido!
