Check in went smoothly, the apartment was very clean and the location was super convenient

We booked for queens apartments but we were put in hostel 70. Going in and through the stairs was a bit scary didn’t look safe. But the room was good it was clean and everything you need is there.

The structure has been recently renovated and it’s in a great location ( despite what you can read online) it’s full of great street food around and cool hip shops. Everything was new and clean, very easy with checkout as well ;)

Fue un despropósito desde el principio llegamos a las 14 pero el cheking no era hasta las 15 así que dejamos las bolsas en recepción y nos fuimos a hacer el free tour. Volvimos a las 19 para por fin entrar en nuestro apartamento y descansar y cuál fue nuestra sorpresa que la habitación aún no estaba preparada. Nos hicieron esperar en recepción hasta más de 1 hora a qué estuviera lista. Y luego nos acompañaron a un edificio distinto,en una escalera con olor a humedad,y nos instalaron en un apartamento que nada tenía que ver con las fotos . Todo viejo. Nuestra estancia era de dos noches, allí estuvimos y cuando fui a preguntar cuando debíamos dejar la habitación ya que no habíamos entrado hasta 5 horas después de nuestro chekin por su culpa me dijeron que a la misma que todos a las 11 así que dejamos nuestras maletas en recepción pero está vez nos hicieron pagar 30 sl por dejarlas . Total todo mal ,viejo y cochambroso, No volveremos en la vida y no lo recomiendo para nada. Me sentí estafada.

Todo correcto, buena ubicacion y limpieza. Habitación un poco pequeña.

An der Rezeption sitzt eine sehr lustlos junge Dame, die auf gar nichts eine Antwort hat. Daher die schlechte "Service"-Bewertung. Das gebucht Appartement befindet sich nicht in dem mit der Adresse angegebenen Gebäude, sondern ca 5 min Laufentfernung in einem Wohnhaus im Hinterhaus. Die Lage ist dennoch sehr gut, die Tram-Stationen sind nur 3 min entfernt. Frühstück ist im Café gegenüber des Hauses, in dem sich die Rezeption befindet. Das Frühstück ist ok, es gibt helles und dunkles Brot (keine Brötchen), diverse Salate, Schinken, Käse Butter, Erdbeermarmelade, Rührei, Würstchen, Crêpes (leider keine Schokocreme), einen selbstgemachten Kuchen (sehr lecker),O-Saft, Milch, Tee (schwarz und grün) und Kaffee und Müsli und Tomaten und Gurken (frisch aufgeschnitten). Frühstück gibt es von 8-10, es wird auch bis zum Schluss immer frisch aufgefüllt. Also eigentlich sehr gut. Das Appartement ist relativ neu renoviert, die Waschmaschine hat jedoch leider keinen Anschluss. Die Küche hat einen Herd, eine Mikrowelle und einen Wasserkocher und einen Kühlschrank. Funktional. Es gibt auch Renigungsmittel. Die Sauberkeit war ok, aber nicht top, in den Ecken wurde nicht gewischt. Es gab 2 große Betten, leider ohne Nachttischlampen. Aber alles in allem ok. Umgebung ist super! Viele Cafés und Restaurants, nette Atmosphäre. In die Innenstadt ist es mit der Tram ca 10 min. Tip: es gibt eine Woche Karte für Tram und Bus (Züge kosten extra).

Absolutely terrible avoid at all costs . The lights did not work properly, door handle came off in bathroom , strange smell, pillows uncomfortable , front door does not kick properly so not secure . The view was hell and filthy!! The only good thing was the location. We thought we had been sold a 3 bed appartment by the cheeky trips my 2 teenage sons had to share a bed which was counted above the double bed my husband and I had. PLEASE Avoid ruined our trip.

We arrived at this hotel at 9.30am so we put our bags in reception , we returned 2.30pm and was told we cant check in until 3pm , our booking stated 2pm check in , receptionist was AWFUL , arrogant, unprofessional, as we waited patiently for 3pm, 2 other couples came at 2.50pm and unbelievably they were checked in , we then finally checked in, then she stated we have to go to the other BUILDING , into a place called 70s HOSTEL , the room was on the 3rd floor no lifts, on the main road, tram noise awful, I then had to go back to ask for breakfast coupons, and find where breakfast was, again not in the Hotel but across the road. The bed was so uncomfortable, pillows had no shape, we decided not to peel the sheets all the way off, bathroom was dirty , shower head not being able to clamp in its position, heating would come on in the night and no knobs to turn it OFF , it was 30 degrees , tv had no English Channel , we just used this as abase to sleep in , location was the only thing good about this place, the other rooms on the website look great, but our room was truly awful, I would avoid this place based on what we were sold, we should have had a decent hotel room not a hostel room

Upon arrival we were told our room wasn't ready so we will be put into a different room even though we were checking in hours after the official check in time. We were put in a a like for like room so this wasn't an issue except it being up more stairs. In the morning we hunted around for where breakfast was and couldn't find the area and the reception was closed so we were left with no choice but go somewhere else for breakfast which was an expense we were not expecting. When we got back that evening again reception was closed so there was no staff to ask and the same happened the following day. Eventually on the third day we found someone who told us it was at "the bicycle", this was all the English that this member of staff could manage, later that evening we found someone in reception who informed us that breakfast wasn't held at the apartments but in a cafe over the road. When we went to the cafe the following morning they asked us for breakfast coupons that we were supposed to have been given up check in 4 days prior! When I went to reception to complain and ask what solution could be offered as this was now the while trip without breakfast I was just told "complain online" with no mention of a solution. This was the main issue but some smaller ones were the oven in the kitchenette not working and being told someone would come look at it which never happened and no cleaner came to the room for the whole trip. Also the apartment could sleep 6 (3 x double beds) however there was only 2 plates and bowls in the cupboard which meant we had to take it in shifts eating.
