It was clean and that I didn't have any particular trouble regarding staying itself. However, it was so hard to find the entrance of this hotel. After I found it, it seemed I needed to unlock key so rang the bell, but no one was coming as well as key didn't open. After all, I called the hotel directly and they sent the instruction about how to get into the hotel on WhatsApp. This kind of check-in was literally my first time.

Terrible experience. Place extremely difficult to find. There is no sign outside that indicates where the hotel is situated. Once you find the gate, it is very dark inside. Reception should be open until 08 pm, but both days of my stay after 6 pm weren't anybody available. In the common kitchen, always something was missing.. cups..jam...napkins... Noboby of the stuff around to ask help Terrible care of customers Never again

Svar från boendet: Dear Guest, We are very sorry that our facility did not meet your expectations, our tenement house was undergoing renovation, we informed all guests about this and apologized in advance for any inconvenience. Our reception is open until 6 p.m., after which we are available by phone. The common kitchen is replenished in the morning and afternoon. Only coffee and tea are available there for guests. Once again very sorry for inconvenience.

Polecam apartamenty Angel House B&B Czysto, pachnąco, bardzo miła obsługa. Apartamenty znajdują się bardzo blisko starego rynku, wokół dużo Cafe i restauracje. Mieliśmy wszystko niezbędne dla komfortowego pobytu. Dziękuję, Angel House

Ottimo albergo. Stanza molto grande e pulita, affacciata su un giardino. Nella reception attrezzatura per prepararsi la collezione. Posizione strategica tra centro storico, quartiere ebraico e treno dell'aeroporto. Unica pecca il bagno, sacrificato e con poca privacy

Für einen Aufenthalt nah am Zentrum und dem jüdischen Viertel absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft! Problemloses CheckIn auch nachts, ein Lob an Marta für ihre Freundlichkeit, tip top sauber! Ein Late CheckOut günstig möglich. Werde gerne wiederkommen!
