Wonderful clean hotel with polite staff! Highly recommend for staying on tour visit of Krakow

The location is in a nice location, not far from key attractions and Old Town. The rooms are spacious although the decorations are a bit from previous era and old school. The staff is nice and friendly. Many groceries and restaurants in the area as well as tram for easier transportation.

Me and mum travelled to Krakow for a 3 day short break. This hotel was just simply perfect for us. The hotel is really clean as are the rooms, housekeeping every day with towels and toilet paper, perfect location to see old krakow and the jewush quaters, everything is in walking distance with beautiful buildings on your travels, hotel was warm which was lovely after ling days sightseeing in colder weather, the staff were just amazing for us, we had alot of questions regarding directions and they were always happy to help given us accurate directions, plenty of food choices for breakfast which we enjoyed each morning. On departure, the reception arranged a hotel for us for 3.30AM and even provided us a snack bag to take with us for the journey home with a lovely ham salad roll, also a cheese roll which I didn't have as I don't eat cheese, a crossaint, fruit and s bottle of water :-). Overall it was perfect, no complaints and if I ever return to Krakow this will be the hotel I choose.

A lovely little hotel conveniently located for the Jewish quarter. The hotel was very clean and all of the staff were so friendly and helpful. When we went on a daytrip with a 0600 pick up, we missed breakfast and were provided with a lovely packed lunch and a bottle of water. Very much appreciated. Just give some notice at reception. Our bedroom was very comfortable with a/c, but we didn't use it as the windows open for fresh air. We were at the back so couldn't hear the trams. The walls are paper thin and we could hear everything being said by the people both sides of us but we had some earplugs. Bedrooms have much more modern furniture than is shown on the Easyjet website.

Hotel was a bit old fashioned but clean.breakfast was good lots of cheese and meats.no bar or anywhere you can sit together as a group just a couple of couches at reception no milk in room had to ask still never got any.no fridge in rooms.would go back to Krakow just a different hotel.

Stayed here for 4 nights and must say there is a real mix of good and bad here. Firstly the bad, the trams were so noisy that is was so difficult to sleep. They are obviously very aware of this problem as we were immediately offered earplugs and they knew that the trams went to hour,y after midnight. Also there was a lot of drilling going on starting g at 8-15am through to about 6pm so not helpful if you had come back to your room for a nap or rest before going out in the evening. We also booked a double room but finished up with twin beds and another bed in the room. There was also a lack of plugs in suitable places, and while minor, no English to channels. Now for the good, breakfast was excellent with a very good choice although maybe could have been some more hot choices. Free wifi was good and the room was very spacious and at a good temperature. Staff were also friendly and helpful with additional coffees etc for the room when needed, the late check out time of 12-00 is also very good. On balance I wouldn’t stay here again as I wouldn’t expect to use earplugs to try and have a good nights sleep and would expect to be advised if noisy building work was going to take place. My tip to anyone would be that avoid a front facing room due to the tram noise.

Great hotel. Staff friendly. Clean. However, the trams almost shake the hotel when passing and the pillows are very uncomfortable. Perfect location every thing is within walking distance. Hotel is very warm which is great after a long day out exploring the city. Would stay again hopefully the pillows improve as we struggled to sleep.

This hotel looks awful from the outside but it’s in a central location with all the sights within walking distance or the tram stops right outside. Our room was 002…DO NOT accept this room. It was too hot, extremely small with a view of rubbish bags and run down residential apartments. On the final night of our stay, the heavy iron curtain pole fell on his head, cutting it. Reception lady did not know what to do, no apology, and we had to push to swap rooms as we had no curtains. We were moved to a first floor room which was a massive improvement. Trams are noisy and shook our bed at one point. Breakfast was ok but the hot food was cold. Krakow itself was amazing…good food in restaurants and in street food cafes. Reasonable prices. Great bars with atmosphere and local beer is good. Such a shame this hotel let us down as we have nothing but positives about Krakow itself.

This hotel is in an excellent location. The room was large and clean. The bed was comfy. There was a good choice for breakfast, which was very nice. We stayed for three nights and would recommend this hotel for those looking for a city break hotel at a good price. Referencing other reviews, we stayed in a front room and had no trouble with noise (just the trams) but light sleepers may want to bring earplugs.

We stayed for 3 nights at Kazimerz ll and were very happy with out stay. The hotel was very clean. The beds were very comfortable, shower powerful and the room felt very spacious for a city hotel. We found all the staff were polite and helpful. Plenty of food at breakfast, excellent pastries, some hot food, lots of meet and cheese and good coffee. Location was perfect, we were able to walk everywhere in the city but tram stop right outside if you needed it. We had rooms at the back so weren't troubled by tram noise. If you are wanting modern 4/5* this is not for you, but for a decent 3* city hotel this one is great.

Just spent a week in krakow staying at this hotel . We had a loverly stay in the kazemierz district. Loverly little hotel . Very clean and friendly staff , made us feel welcome from the start . Rooms have what you need for a comfortable stay . An extensive breakfast available . Something for everyone to set you up for an exciting sightseeing day . Several tour places around to book tours . Hotel would help also . Safe area to be in . Good value for money .. 20 mins walk to the main centre . Tram stops almost outside the door( 2 mins walk ). Would Definetly stay there again .
